She mentioned she had started to see a therapist but there was little improvement if at all. The abrupt cut of medication and the delayed visit next month is really taking it's toll it seems.

I could sympathize with her but she doesn't appear to do anything to better her condition apart from unloading every thought on the internet.

Also she admits that she's puppychan just NOW? I thought it was obvious, did I miss something??? There's only so many artists that rave about boy boobs and big gunts while having no filter online. And if she were truly honest she wouldn't flaunt that she has DID without a real diagnosis especially now that she has a psychiatrist; Most people would say they assume they have thing before they get checked out. I've seen way too many teens like her (She's an adult which makes it worse) that equate it to roleplay and an excuse rather than a serious mental illness. If she continues like this, she will only further fuck up her mental state and it's already saddening to see as it is.

I used to have a friend like Autumn who also claimed they had DID. This was during the time Tumblr thinking mental illness is cool was really kicking off, so it enabled them to embrace it rather than seek help. Their delusions spiraled so bad that once they got properly diagnosed it was confirmed to be psychosis — which they also embraced and made into their whole identity. Don't fuck around with this stuff, it will ruin your life.

When's the last time a group of characters interacted in a non sexual way in her artwork? When's the last time any of her characters had a personality other than 'look at my phat tits'?

She's had some improvement with the Lilith and bear character + drawing Hitch and Hitomi in comfortable clothes. Sadly it's only a matter of time before they are delegated to lewd pin ups or ballooned into a whale.

Despite the shading and more attention to using different brushes, everything else is similar to 2022. I'd love to see her try her hand at backgrounds and maybe even a more masculine character. Not because I'm uncomfortable with seeing T BOY TITTIESSS (I'm sure nobody would care if it weren't for her constant virtue signalling) but because it's a good way to practice and test her abilities. It's good to leave your comfort zone every once in a while, even in art.
I used to hate drawing ears and hands, but just trying it gave me the confidence to keep learning and now I'm comfortable doing so. Small improvements like these also help with mental health...There's a reason art is often used in therapy, and yet Autumn only uses her talents to draw porn.

Her family and psychiatrist should encourage her to get off the internet more by giving her incentives to go out. Autumn tends to dwell on the past and part of healing from that is coming to terms with it and leaving it behind to focus on bettering herself outside of the computer, as she is very immature and lacks any real world experience.
If she was a teen I wouldn't hold it against her but now that she is an adult she has to take some action to work on herself, these entries don't make her out to be any more sympathetic — only pathetic.

kind of, but not really. if you look in the replies of her posts, none of these people ever know what the fuck is going on and just asspat her for being upset people still hold her responsible for her actions. the majority of people i've seen have only started following her within the past year and have no idea that this is a repeated behavior and that she clearly has not changed much. her mask is starting to crack, she's just letting out how she really feels about the situation and pushing the DID larp even harder. once again:
