Reminiscent of when he (FINALLY!) extended relief aid to Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria and threw rolls of paper towels at the crowd.

ETA: I had already been thinking about that today. The mayor of San Juan was pleading with him, but his excuse was that because PR is an island, they can't just send trucks over the water. The real reason was that citizens of American territories don't have any electoral votes in presidential elections so they are of no use to him.

Theil, Don Jr, Musk, Loomer, etc. are all out of touch retards and are crashing his campaign harder than a 767 into the World Trade Center.

The other issue is that nobody with a political future wants to be associated with him. Being associated with Trump is a career killer, either after this year if he loses or after 2028 if he wins. Vance is a big autistic fish in a small retarded pond.

This is going to be a yuge and bigly issue if he wins because senior cabinet positions require senate approval and even as fucked up as they are will not allow the equivalents to Laura Loomer, Anna Paulina Luna, etc. into those heights of power. The MAGA revenge fantasies are going to give way to swamp creatures who personally despise Trump.

Biden is taking a tour of the Ashville region today, but he's going to do it from the air because the one road in and out of Ashville can't be closed down for a motorcade. The other presidents in my lifetime would probably have done the same, because it's the most considerate thing to do. It's Important for morale that they visit, but it's also important they don't get in the way. Trump would have insisted they shut down the road for his motorcade for the photo ops. (If he went at all)

The government is going to be run by the GOP, but look at them now. Probably a party civil war to see whether the MAGAloids or the neocons come out on top, and to be fair all bets are off.

Which is dangerous, because the non-lizard subsect of Trump supporters want an authoritarian party line. Trump's remarks on pet-eating Haitians and Kim Jong Un being a model of leadership weren't born in a void, given that back in 2020 that rhetoric was nowhere to be seen, and there was no P2025 being endorsed by the Heritage Foundation and the however many former Trump government people who have direct links to it.

It's a genuinely bizarre photo op. You'd think when it comes to disaster areas, Trump would stick to the usual - handing out emergency supplies, having some heartfelt chats with the locals, mournfully looking upon the destruction to make it look like he gives a shit, etc. But no, he treated it like a goddamn rally.

Then he could've just refrained from doing this crap entirely and make it painfully obvious that he doesn't give a shit. Instead he just made himself look like a Grade A douche.

It’s proof that he has nobody remotely sane along with him or at least someone with his best interests in mind. Laura Loomer was so batshit that they had no choice but to ditch her but for weeks, they thought it was perfectly fine to have someone of that caliber of insanity be Donald’s +1 for various events.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a bunch of fans who made that little brick wall for him but the problem is that they never once considered how stupid or selfish it looks. A lot like the thumbs up by the grave - sure his family probably didn’t mind it but they never think how the optics will look.
