That's what RvWwas. Abortion was legal in the first trimester at the federal level, and states chose what happens after that. Since Trump killed it and "gave it back to the states" he juiced up the abortion debate tenfold.

It is not Illegal if you genuinely think there is a fire.
And you only can get in trouble with it if it is provable that you said it specifically for the purpose of causing harm.

Do you have any proof that a number of school shooters are Black?

Have you ever heard the media try to claim that we have 300+ school shootings per year? Those numbers are nonsense because they include shootings from people uninvolved in the school killing each other in the parking lot.
The problem that prevents me from definitively saying yes to your question is that the K-12 SSDB doesn't track the race of the shooters. If we're talking actual School Shooters, aka the thing you think of when you think "School Shooting", the majority are white.
