2024 Halloween Merch Run

I am sad.
Got paid today, go to buy Viking hoodie for my Viking husband -he is True and Honest Viking, wears a gambeson, chainmail, (not to the office, mind,) has a broadsword, langseax, nasal helm, is amazing in a shield wall, or melee, and smells amazingly yummy fresh from the battlefield.
Top tip for kiwisisters, nothing smells better than a victorious man, fresh from the battlefield.
And I'm not getting my trick or treat hamsters, just as it's getting cold here.

Just days after Dame Maggie Smith turned my pfp into a spooky corpse.
So it goes. How could I expect anything less than betrayal from the OonderLord.
I'll get over it, I suppose.
Worse things happen at sea, you know.
Nah, great work Null, get that bag. I'm glad it was so successful.

Edit: Just saw above post. Fucking cunts. Feel bad for even fake ass whining now.

I waited until pay day too! Like an asshole apparently. I wish I had been financially irresponsible and hadn’t waited. Hopefully we’ll have better luck next time.

I'm going to throw it out there that a contributing factor to the merch run's success was absolutely that everything was printed on black. Again; every other color and tone has a list of reasons as to why a lot of people don't want to wear each of them, while black has no such issue. Compound all of that with the Halloween motif, and it's a no brainer. Thank you for making the sensible choice, Joosh.
It probably also helps that the Viking Kiwi doesn't fall out of season post Halloween.

Edit: Also, total payment processor death!

No doubt a fresh round of coordinated troon complaints, spurred on by the amazing success of the merch run, is responsible for this account termination.
They can't see Jersh have a little success, they have to ruin it and cause devastation.
May those responsible never know a moment's peace.

Edit:
@Null I'd hope they've explained the reason for the termination, but if not, you may find this Reddit info about prepaid cards of relevance.

Absolutely insane that a guy can't sell t-shirts just because he doesn't think that men can become women in the country of "freedom". Meanwhile there's 50,000 women and children being sold into sex slavery every year in the US which is apparently fine.

I have never had anyone recognize any kiwimerch and if they ever do, they're quickly used-looking enough that I can just play "oh huh? I got this at Goodwill".

But I doubt that would ever actually be necessary.
Yeah I thought that too until I was assaulted by a 5' 9" or so tranny with a bike lock because I wore some attire (shirt I believe) that offended them, don't recall what but if some fucking maniac sees a Kiwi and thinks "he's a chud from the farms" I rather not get confused with an unlocked bike again. Might get a spare hoodie if there's any left of that sick Kiwi.
Square terminated my account.
Aaaand nevermind. How many got the largest size? :smug:

final decision, no appeals, sorry we dont have any other information, no we cant forward you to account services, no we wont put you in touch with the risk team, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc

mailing the FTC and OCC, fuck em. I pay taxes and I will now make this everybody's problem until I can make money again.

Now that I'm really paying taxes my piss and vinegar is higher than ever. I deserve to cause the government expense through complaint volume until my input and output are equitable.

Time for binding arbitration? In theory it would at least seem to require them to be more explicit about what TOS terms you violated. Although according to the terms if you did that you can't tell us what happened.

@Null I know you don’t like doing back orders or pre-orders but maybe a compromise with the women would be preorders for them and regular orders for the xxxxxxl men? Next year, of course.
I've never sold merch but this seems like a great idea. Actually, what's wrong with pre orders in general? I'm very curious about that.

And now I've read the following page. These faggots are such demons. Guess I'll finally get a crypto wallet set up.

Is this something that Hardin can help with by reaching out to them as your attorney? The sections of their terms that they cited don't clearly indicate what would be the specific basis for termination for selling t-shirts. Yeah, I know it doesn't have to make sense or be clear, and I know that it might be the KF/Null equivalent of DWB, but just curious. There's also a number 866-200-8599, different than their standard customer service #. I'd request escalation to Legal, and also for contact info to Legal, Acct management, Risk, Compliance, etc. (keep notes on what they refuse to provide) Also in addition to regulator complaints, a BBB complaint usually results in at least a token comment that they will follow up by email, for - if nothing else - evidence of lack of transparency.

In any case, non-sarcastically/-memely sorry that happened and hope there's a path forward.

Yeah, null's problem with preorders for awhile has been that he gets about a week on a card processor, maybe less, before he gets trannyfucked.

So he tries to keep it open as short as possible, but maybe a preorder where he does NOT collect card info until a certain "go time" would work ...
