I was thinking about how fucking stupid carbon tax really is when you think about it for more than a second. I mean, excess carbon is the unavoidable byproduct of burning fuel, which is a necessity for literally everything needed to keep people fucking alive. Maybe I'm the retard here but it's just so absurd to arbitrarily tax essential industries like agriculture, electricity, transportation, sewage treatment etc basically because Liberals don't like how chemical reactions work.
Let's take this a step further: Government will rifle through everyone's medical records to get an estimated height, weight, and activity level. They will use this information to calculate roughly how much carbon dioxide you've exhaled in the current fiscal year, and penalize you with a "carbon tax" accordingly. You know, because it's necessary to fight
climate change. Get on it Turdeau, you've had a few policies that were unironically even dumber than this.
But nah, nobody sincerely gives a fuck about climate change, apart from biologists who tend to be super autistic about preserving biodiversity of every creature out there from polar bears to tardigrades. We know what it's really about:

What I can't get over is the fact that there are people shameless enough to actually go to these places. Are they there to find fellow losers to socialize with? What happened to people generally having enough shame to at least try to hide their drug use (or at least be discreet about it)? Like, I'm not a junkie, but if I was, why would I want to get high in a clinical setting with a bunch of social workers hovering around bothering me? Sounds like a shit time to be honest.

I haven't been to a Canadian emergency room in years but I can't imagine how bad they are now. Healthcare is the most immediate factor in the collapse of Canada. The medical cartel probably has intense discussions on how bad they fucked themselves by capping supply of doctors, but it's not like they give a shit because they can just bail to the US and let jeet doctors and nurse practioners baghold the failed system.
1. Admitting the system has failed (knew a socialist boomer that died of cancer because they had to wait months for an MRI)
2. Being rich and going abroad for actual healthcare, exploring options to leave permanently, or just not having a problem with going abroad for all needs, but good luck in the ER lmao.
3. Going full NDP and suffering immensely and continuing the "at least I'm not American" as they wheeze to death as if it's the early 2000s.
There are tons of reasons hospitals are as overcrowded as they are, I will spare everyone an unhinged textwall ranting about it, just be aware that they've been operating "over 100% capacity" very regularly since as far back as 2006 at the very least. People just suddenly took notice during covid and got hysterical over it. It's gotten worse but the demographic shift leaving so many vulnerable lonely old people at home alone is a real fucking big one.
Maybe if you're talking about schools that used to be community colleges but somehow got the "university" label and don't do much research. The actual research universities like McMaster or University of Toronto are still well-respected, and coincidentally, those tend to be free from passport-seeking immigrants and cheaters because students who go to those schools care more about their work. However, there is something to be said about the passport seeker problem at non-research universities, community colleges, and strip mall schools -- those people act like they're better than everyone else since they live off Daddy's credit card.
The zoomer endures jeet hordes from Dante's Inferno, nobody speaks English, everybody cheats, there's zero school community or spirit, they graduate into a job market that doesn't employ Canadians because they bring in jeets only on LMIA or TFW to make some money that the RCMP will not investigate per instruction of the Liberal Party, and the degree isn't respected abroad because the rest of the world knows that Canadian universities are dogshit diploma mills now.
I worked briefly as a tutor for community college students in allied healthcare programs, and holy shit, I absolutely cannot overstate how unbelievably retarded some of these people were. Trying to walk them through calculating medication doses left them totally lost, staring at me wide-eyed like I just invented math. One pharmacy tech student didn't understand that they actually are supposed to count the pills, she thought you just chose a vial and dumped pills in it until it was full. Fully 75% of a nursing class failed their anatomy midterms, but the professors chose to rewrite the final to be piss easy so most of them ended up "passing" anyway. I could probably think of plenty more, but the fact these people are ending up with diplomas that put them anywhere near any aspect of patient care is fucking terrifying.
And yes, the ones who did the dumbest shit were all pajeets.
