Yeah, I can't remember the exact time, if it was a year or two years ago, but in December he stole sally's credit card when she was in the hospital and bought a bunch of fortnite skins. We had some phenomenal christmastide raxxouts that december.
This was discussed some pages back. I'm thinking that if Raxx can be viewed mentally disabled, he'll likely fall under some state / charity housing program. I doubt any of these programs will stomach the goblin's absolute helplessness and vile personality for long, though.

No, i don't know how it is on the US, but i imagine that it would require certain stardards to be met, and Chance won't met those because he's lazy, has a bad attitude and even worse hygiene
