I think that the talk on crossposters is important. The vtuber thread exists separate from the site at this point. If they want to talk about sketchy stuff like lolicon, or go on real big tirades about their oshis, they have discord or 4chan for that. Not saying it's them, but it explains how 4chan found out about us watching their thread recently. We have drifters that see the farms as just another site.
Every now and then, they try to break containment. I've been notified in the past of PG threads that went up surrounding an otherwise nobody almost exclusively because this nobody on the internet may have once said something bad about their oshi or their oshi's roommate.
They share many traits with lolicons, sometimes crossing over, but if I were to compare them with anything it's locusts. They drift from site to site, consume and destroy the site, and move on. Just like lolicons. The difference between a Vtuber fan and a lolicon is razor thin. Sometimes non existent if the Vtuber is a loli. It's unsettling to think about to say the least.
I don't even know why they are still on this site when TVA exists and it's basically the same but solely about VTubers. It isn't as if most of them add to the rest of KF, otherwise the VTubers thread wouldn't have almost 9k pages
I do see some of them outside occasionally but those are usually older users. I think a lot is inertia. Before TVA there was the farms. Some just never left.

I'm just pointing out an observed trend, and I don't think anyone should be witchhunted over this. If (general) you want to complain about the Farms on other sites or in a Discord hugbox, go right ahead. Even if they might lower the overall quality of discussion, they're not a threat nor some big, moral boogeyman like pedophiles unironically defending pedophilia.
Very much agree. It's interesting to notice, note the similarities, but in general, Vtuber fags are on a lesser scale than actual lolicons. Unless they are a lolicon as a individual, they shouldn't be harassed, made fun of sure, but not attacked. That's asking for trouble that didn't need to happen.

Nope. My stance is that all porn should be banned, and certain violent video games too. I used to support lolicon from a free speech standpoint but now, nah. I mean yes, I'm sure some people don't rape kids or look at 3D CP because they look at loli instead, but I'm just as sure for others it's a gateway drug to worse things. Just like porn in general is a gateway drug to transgenderism, pedophilia, bestiality, rape, etc. There probably are rapists who don't rape because of porn, just like there are many rapists with extensive porn collections.
Like has probably been mentioned, loli-related jokes was 4chan culture for years. I used to think it was a lot funnier before I gradually realized that most of the people in those threads aren't joking and at least a few of them are these days in those creepy Discords grooming teens with the "early porn exposure" and that sort of shit.
A lot of communities at that time, not just 4chan but on the internet at large, ended up like this quote says:

Half of them are also on the AGP pipeline and want to be the little girl. I used to not care because I didn't have to look at it but it's everywhere now and has gone well past "ironic" paraphiles.
Furfags need to be the paradigm case for the direction of every internet community. They did it all first and were the worst hit by it. Every pipeline has a parallel there.

I wonder if there's a connection here. Furfags have always ended up being more insular due to being pushed out of most online spaces, and I think there's been a similar push in recent times for lolicons. Granted you still see them all over Twitter, but there were less spaces specifically built by and for them until fairly recently. These kind of echo chambers just lead to them thinking pushing boundaries more and more is okay.
On the topic of Berserk, I’m kind of glad that I’ve only stuck with the 1997 anime for the most part. The high number of naked little girls, even in context, is deeply disturbing. Don’t get me started on Puck; people complain about him being drawn like an onion most of the time, but that’s the superior design to the Shota design.
