Venus Angelic (former YouTube star) was able to get a gastric bypass (or similar WLS) despite being a super tiny Swiss girl. It almost killed her. That’s the closest I’ve seen to the old “we don’t give anorexics weight loss surgery just because they think they’re fat” argument coming to life. These girls dying from kidney failure and other nasty things because they’ve been convinced a useless piece of flesh will make their lives better and having that enabled with surgery is equally heinous. It does neither group any good, yet the latter is considered virtuous.

The benefit is better documented. The condition being treated is more serious. Obesity, troonery, and their respective therapeutic surgeries are not the same.

I agree with you. I am not demonizing WLS. Moreso continuing your point by pointing out how letting a super thin girl undergo gastric bypass because she’s convinced she needs it and the surgeon is greedy is on the same level of unethical that SRS surgeries should be regarded as. Gastric bypass is drastic and comes with many trade offs. For many people the benefits outweigh the risks or staying obese would have had. For all the talk of SRS being life saving, I’m sure starting to see a lot of flayed women die very young from kidney failure when they wouldn’t have otherwise.

IIRC Venus went to an unscrupulous surgeon in South Korea because nobody in the West would do weight loss surgery on somebody so thin. Does make me wonder how the surgeon’s other patients fared, I could see Kpop trainees going for it.

The moms caring for their pooner daughters post surgery… I will always wonder how the moms even get to that point. I understand wanting to protect and care for your child and being misled by doctors and msm. This is a pain that can actually be so debilitating and suffocating it is mistaken for a heart attack,

If nothing else poons, trust me, you DO NOT want this. I've had this shit on and off over 20 years. There's no cure because at the end of the day it is benign, but you'll be walking around minding your own business and suddenly it feels like someone slipped a knife in your chest / ribs. If, like me, you are one of the unlucky ones, painkillers won't do shit and you just have to exist for days/weeks feeling like there is broken glass under your skin.
I genuinely worry that some day I will have an actual heart attack and just dismiss it as this and end up dropping dead.

Some medfag power leveling:

My mom was a medfag with 25+ clinical experience at this point. I was a fairly new one with nearly 10 years. In all of our combined experience (including ER, trauma, ICU, cardiology and some ortho) the first time either of us had ever heard of costochondritis was when I was diagnosed with it.

I thought I was having a heart attack. I couldn’t breathe. The pain was immense. I went to work and saw the ER doc there. He knew me and knew I was healthy. He pressed on the right side of my sternum and I screamed. He told me what it was. I went home with ibuprofen, flexeril and Valium and instructions to rest, which helped. The next day I had the same thing happen, but this time I was light-headed, vomiting and tachycardic. Back to the ER, same colleague. Ran a cardiac panel and EKG to be safe. Same diagnosis.

The following week I had two separate patients with the same thing! I’d never heard of it before, and now I’m seeing it everywhere?

We were in an extreme climate (really cold), with lots of winter activities. Apparently this commonly showed up in guys doing a lot of snowmobiling at -40 degrees. Who knew?

I have never come across it again in my career, except as part of the medical history in people usually with fibromyalgia or connective tissue disorders.

My current medfag friends who still work in community medicine are all quite familiar with costochondritis. They see it frequently, and in younger populations. I attributed this to the rise in people with EDS or fibro in recent years (whether fakers or not, there has been a huge uptick in those diagnoses as well.) But now I’m thinking binding, tight sports bras, and the demographic of gender non-conforming women my friends work with us probably to blame.

Kiwi Farms is an academic institute at this point. I should get funding for my tuition here.


The horrors of rotdogs and stinkditches are one thing, but since I have no frame of reference for the agony personally, it’s all theoretical to me. Holy christ, how can an adult woman not be freaking out that there is a pool of stagnant piss festering in her nethers? Surely someone at one point told her that piss contacting her vagina is a bad hygiene failure that can result in infection... this is 100x worse. An inaccessible pocket of bacteria between your legs could mean rotting out the most delicate and essential area for basic QoL.

Recently, I believe in this thread, somebody made casual reference to Marci Bowers explicitly stating that zero depth (let’s call it nullo) should be recommended over rot pockets.

I tried looking it up for myself and I only saw articles where he stated it should be offered as an alternative option especially to extremely mentally ill/lazy troons but in that article he didnt go so far as to explicitly say nullification is superior to zero depth.

I took 4 photos of chest masculinization procedures performed on transmen with chests similar in shape and size as mine to my initial consultation with Dr. Morgan. After we discussed her performing top surgery on me, the last thing I asked her was if she was sure the procedure wasn't too specialized and if she was confident she could give me the results I was seeking. She asked me if I was confident I wanted a male-appearing chest and after I said yes, she said that then she could help me.

The results speak for themselves. Dr. Morgan clearly does not have the knowledge, skill, or experience required to perform chest masculinization surgery. I accept responsibility for having failed to do my due diligence and asking Dr. Morgan for photos of past surgeries, how many of these procedures she’d performed, etc. I know it’s a very specialized procedure and I should have known better. That said, Dr. Morgan should never have agreed to do the surgery. She had to know she did not have the experience necessary and exercised extremely poor judgement, for which I paid dearly.

I was fortunate to have been able to have Dr. Daniel Medalie do a revision, with amazing results. You can see them at http://www.transbucket.com/pins/14323. But he could not fix the concavity created by Dr. Morgan removing too much tissue and fat. I will need fat grafting for that and at this point I am not willing to have yet another procedure.
The cost I posted includes Dr. Morgan's fees, hospital fees, and anesthesiologist fees.

Funny enough, I had costochondritis as a kid. It's something I'd never heard of, and I've never really encountered it since. I remember the doctor telling me that it was sometimes referred to as the "Devil's grip" or "Devil's dagger," which I thought was pretty cool since, y'know, I was a kid.

It was a pretty miserable time until it healed, that's for sure. I'd never felt anything like that in my young life.

As for the rest, thank fuck I can piss normally and I don't have shit leaking into unspeakable areas. It really is the little things in life
