So this Kiwi-fag admits that he's malnourished, folks... Hey guys, this is weird, but is Null even feeding @Sharpeteer? Somebody said Josh is a feeder, and aren't farmers supposed to feed themselves?
Oh but he did. He fed me with valuable knowledge on how to be not homosexual, and I've been straight ever since.

Perhaps Nick could benefit from such a thing. Maybe he'd be less of a depressed closeted ear-licker.

Null awhile ago in like August basically said he knows what nicks plan might be and that it was utterly craven and pathetic and the only thing that really comes to mind is Kayla taking her plea deal and then Nick and Kaylas replacement will blame her for everything and it wont matter because double jeopardy and Kayla will essentially eat it all and confess so both of them face no consequences.

Does anyone else have any other evil genius plans Nick could go for?
Won't work, particularly for Nick.

Constructive possession is a bitch. Even if Kayla says they were all hers, the place they were found, him admitting he sleeps there, etc, means he had actual control over them.

It depends how full of shit Nick is. If he doesn't make a plea deal the only thing you can do in court is come up with a credible story as to why he wasn't in possession of those drugs. That's a losing battle.

April has a better chance. Her lawyer is going to try and argue that the cops didn't have probable cause to go through her stuff, as she was a guest. The problem with that theory is that the contents of her bag are emptied out, rather than inside her bag.

I know that Aaron has mentioned Bob in a few different contexts and that he met him, but has he ever mentioned Celeste?
He once ranked the grandparents. Kayla's stepfather is his favorite, Celeste is his least favorite. He didn't give any reasons.

I am both appalled and not surprised that degenerate swingers whose idea of fun is to go the gayest sex toy shop imaginable would play naked Twister.
I am both appalled and surprised that a man with money and an extensive knowledge of pornography can't come up with anything better than naked Twister. Nick does everything half-assed.

Despite his talkativeness elsewhere, Nick hasn't shown up in his Locals in over a week.

This is the most unbelievable lie. At this point, who the fuck would ever hire Nick Rekieta? He's a flaky druggie who reveals the personal dirt of people who trust him.
Hey now! April hired him to deal with her speeding ticket! It says so in the court docket.

I mean, he didn't do a fucking thing, she lost by default, and she probably "paid" Nick with a handjob, or some shit...

But still!

:really:

People earlier in the thread have already posted this Rekieta face, but I find this particular one is set off perfectly by including his flappy gay hand:

Without the hand = Impotent cuck
With the hand = Gay impotent cuck

Gotta say, he really does look like a raging homosexual here.

I thought her credit card was in a different baggie in the nightstand and not actually in her purse or anything, which would imply that they did have the right to search since it was in the room and inside a bag filled with cocaine

They have the right to search the house and all places drugs could reasonably be expected to be hidden.
This includes the bags or suitcases of guests. (This is how I understand search warrant execution and scope)

What they cannot do is search a guest and the clothing they are wearing, unless explicitly stated in the search warrant.

Even if some of the drugs found where inside April's bag, she has no grounds to challenge the search of that bag because it was inside the home during the execution of the search warrant and it is reasonable to expect that drugs might be inside of it.

In addition they found her credit card together with cocaine on a nightstand, at which points they would have cause to search her as well since the credit card with the drugs heavily implicates her.

She can of course challenge everything and argue one of many moronic defenses and drive up her legal costs instead of pleading out.

[EDIT] The exclusion of guests is likely why they are trying to spin the "April is a guest" storyline. So it is very legally relevant if April has been living inside the main house.

Bragging about snuggling with your psychotic cocaine addicted favorite child and watching the pedophile stream together where a fat pedophile rants pedophilically about how he wants to rape the child of your former lover, who has actually lived in your home and brought that same child to spend time with your children, is fucking wild.

And is also somehow an “own” on the haters. “Keep going nick you’re doing great” -evil ceiling cat

I feel like the only chance Nick has at all if he goes to court is pretty much throw everybody else under the bus and say they did it all while he wasn't home. The only reason that might have a chance of working is because he wasnt even home when they got him so theoretically it could have somehow all gotten there without him knowing.

That said they probly at least somewhat had the place under surveillance while waiting to execute the warrant so I doubt it would work anyway.

I instantly hated this scumbag just for hating onions, the cornerstone of any nutritious meal, so finding out he is also a disgusting pedophile who needs to be shot and then buried in a shallow grave did not surprise me.
I just had the best gyro of my life this weekend: locally grown tomatoes, juicy gyro meat, robust tzatziki, and on top, some incredible raw sweet onions. A pedo’s appetite is always skewed, whatever it may be.

Accompanying this gyro report is a reminder that Nick Rekieta paid superchats to a pedophile yesterday, with one describing his CHILD.

Nick Rekieta pays pedophiles.

It's gotta be about the money. Celeste was the one who inherited. My guess is that she's hanging on to it longer than Nick thinks is appropriate.
Celeste’s Instagram paints a picture. It shows her and Bob going on vacations and cruises, playing at tennis tournaments with rich friends, hanging at resorts, going to sports games, and seeing the world. For the past decade, she has been living her best life and enjoying retirement with a shit eating grin on her face.

Meanwhile, Nick is stuck taking care of 5 kids he doesn’t want and has to sell his second house to get money. He hates that his mother is wasting the inheritance that is rightfully his. I am certain he wishes that Celeste and Bob would just die already.
