Not really, no. There are a lot of us that think he'd rather kill himself than ever admit he's wrong.
Nick lies. A lot. Nick's online public persona is tough guy fighting the man lolbertarian ship. But what he is is a coward and a weasel. He bullies soft yielding beta personalities. But immediately backs down and seethe about it whenever he faces real push back or authority.

His solipsism is so strong that if he doesn't remember what he did then it didn't happen.
Sort of like how he revised history so he said "probably" about Monty sucking little boys' dicks, even though I don't think that even said that way, it would make it legally okay. It's sort of like "allegedly" in that the court is going to look at it in context. So if you source a police department or a prosecutor along with your "allegedly" it's probably okay but it's not some magic incantation that makes anything okay. So if your "allegedly" is instead from someone you know to be a schizophrenic liar, and the statement conveys a defamatory factual statement to a reasonable audience, it's not going to save you.

Pawverbs sequel sounds wild.
In that case, Hill is rewriting the Gospels in the epic style of the Purranas. The Ceiling Cats give it their ImPAWmatur. *rimshot*

Reminder that the mitre that Nick uses as Lawpope cosplay was used by “friends” in ceremonial sex magic (demon worship). And that Nick Rekieta gives money to pedophiles.

New here. Had to see what it's all about but had to congratulate on a superb job taking this pathetic piece of shit down.
We don't do that here. Nick's downfall is his own, we're just along for the ride.

Edit: Fuck double post.

Given that Nick's definition of "friend" is I do things for you so you do things for me, friend could mean one of the rich assholes he rubs elbows with at those charity events he has no business attending.

That pope hat might actually have been used in some kind of satanic, pedophilic ritual.

Which might explain why the Sonichu medallion's effect seems more potent. It was supercharged by the Lawpope hat.

Imagine being left for dead, afraid of streaming and confronting your own audience and a fat homosexual pedophile being your last possible human interaction but you have to pay for that. That bullet might be looking quite tempting nowadays...
I mean why else would you think he asked for the guns back

:story:

Nick walks into an antique store - those are for poor people and he has never mentioned antiquing before
I think he has though. Iirc it was when he was on a hawaii vacation. I think he was also at some con there and vic was there too? I remember him talking about entering some antique store there and then talking about some weird statue there.

I really wish, and not just in this case, that if you fuck around and dont take a plea when you have the chance, that they just take that option off the table for you entirely. At this point, he has dragged all this shit out for nothing and wasted so much time and money anyway, is offering a plea really saving the state any damn money? I feel like this case would take two hours in court.

Nick lies. A lot.
He does indeed.

However, he's also stupid. And a drunkard. And a druggie. And overall not right in the head.

Look, I'm not saying that he's not gonna plea out. In fact, I now concede the probably is much higher now given that he's basically shut the fuck up. It's actually kinda surprising. Again, I think his parents might be behind that.

I'm only saying that if there were anybody that would drive this crazy bus right off the edge of a cliff just to spite everybody, it would be Nick.

I wish that too, but, yes... it's probably still saving the state money to convince him to plea out.

Plus, there's Sean's point that this is something they probably don't really want him in prison for. At the end of the day, it's a non-violent drug offense, and he lives in Minnesota.

Generally speaking, I'm in favor in rehabilitative justice for non-violent addicts, instead of the punitive type. I must confess though, Nick makes it so difficult to stick to my guns on that because he's such an insufferable asshole.

Lol, Nicky Rackets still hasn't streamed a damn thing, has he?

  • 1 Corinthians 5:12: Christians should not accept the fellowship of those who persist in sin.

Doesn't this mean you can't be friends or even sit in the same row as someone who isn't Christian, since not believe in Jesus and all the rest of the Jew hooplah means you're constantly sinning every minute of every day?

How does the act of pleading guilty work in Minnesota? Is it just a piece of paper that you sign? Do you have to be there in court and verbally agree that you committed the crimes?

Nick can twist a plea in his mind pretty easily, depending on how it's expressed. "The state set me up and I had no choice". Bring up some black guy who was pressured into accepting a wrongful conviction. Cross his fingers behind his back in court etc.

I think the real barrier to a plea deal is that he can't appeal it. There's going to be some crank like Robert Barnes to convince Nick that the higher courts will hear him out.

Of course he's taking a plea. That's been obvious since day 1. He is a Narcissistic Sociopath, but he's also a coward. A soggy weak beta male that tries to puff himself up online.

But maybe he will. It would certainly be the smartest thing he's done in a while. A long while. Several years now, actually.

I really think the one major thing that's changed since "denied denied denied" is that his parents put him on a tard leash. It's totally uncharacteristic for him to not fire up a stream, after taking a massive L, so that he can cope how he's still right. See, i.e., the cokestream that was caused, in large part, to him losing to Monty.

It's not just that he has no legitimate defense here. That's irrelevant to him. He'd pull one out of his ass, if necessary. Like the judge is a moron who isn't properly applying the law, or whatever.

TL;DR, if he does plea, it's likely because of intense external pressure. Something like his parents threatening to cut him off financially if this shit doesn't stop. That's something that would totally fuck him, considering he's an "end stage career failure" that will never see the income levels he had from streaming ever again. He needs Mommy and Daddy's Petrofac money now, more than ever.

I believe he will take a plea if forced. Left to his own devices, he might fight it. Minnesota sentencing guidelines are very clear what ge will get--no jail time. What does he have to lose? I am sure he feels like he can pitch his fit and still get the same result. The tantrum is a salve to his ego and he thinks he has nothing to lose.

The exceptions here are the factors of his own internal stress and his parents. Now that he is likely dependent on them for support, they might force a plea if they think it will protect the family name.

On another ticket, here is the response to Nick's post about his streaming plans:

There is no way Nick is reading that book. It looks dry as hell and he's the type of guy who needs to be entertained- I picture him holding up the book to hide the loli manga he's actually reading.
He'll skim for some lines that agree with some bullshit he wants to sperg about and then proceed to not read anymore of the book. His appreciation of religious texts is about Chris-chan tier.

Still-Life's comedy is 10x funnier than Nick's could ever be :story: If Still-Life held a comedy show and I could guarantee he wouldn't follow me to my car afterwards and rape and murder me, I'd go see it. He sounds like an absolutely hilarious schizo.
