I'd like to give a counterpoint.

Chris-Chan is "stupid". He is genuinely low IQ. His ability to grasp the world around him is very limited. However, he is also capable of lying. He has a firm grasp that people around him have very, very low expectations for him. He exploits this. He is genuinely conniving when it comes to appreciating how little is expected of him and how little people think of him, and then using that to get away with doing as little as humanly possible, or deliberately doing things he knows he should not do with the expectation that people will let him get away with it because he simply doesn't "know better".

Greer is appreciably more intelligent than Chris, but I think he does the same thing. He knows there's a right way to file things. He knows there's a very high probability that what he filed was completely incorrect. He also knows that the bar is set on the fucking ground for him, and that in all instances thus far, every missed shot he's taken has been teed up for him to take another swing at. He has no thought that he should get everything done correctly the first pass, because he believes that either the court or I will pay for it to be fixed for him.

It's very disrespectful, both to me and to the court, but he's sad and he's disabled, ergo: deal with it.
I would also like to point out a small cross over between a vexatious pro se litigant who can't do what needs to be done properly and a retard that cannot control his bowels: the term 'crappy briefs'

Would be a really good time to respond to Russ's claim that kiwifarms made him homeless by citing the Nevada eviction docs, in which he only whines that he couldn't pay rent because his car got repoed, and never once mentions kiwifarms
"Yes, Mr. Hardin, you have proven Mr. Greer lied about Kiwi Farms' involvement in the eviction. However, Greer's face appears to have melted in the Nevada heat, and your client said mean things once or twice."

If Russ committing actual, literal perjury is just brushed aside and this farce of a case is allowed to continue, I think I'm going to start looking into leaving the US, because holy shit that means the legal system has completely failed.

Seriously though, if this judge has any sense of how the law is supposed to work (which, granted, past decisions put that idea into serious consideration), he'll throw this case into the trash where it belongs. I'd say he should also hit Greer with contempt charges, but I'm not nearly optimistic enough to entertain that thought.

That's actually a good question for the higher ups around here.
Greer has committed perjury when he was instructed move this case forward or else. Is this not cause to have this whole thing scrapped? If the judge accepts the filing, perjury and all, is that not cause for something to raise their hand and say Hi, excuse me what the fuck is happening here?

Remember, this retard is so goddamn dumb he insisted for months a made-up nonexistent address that has been proven NOT TO EXIST is his real address.
Strictly because 1) he thought it inconvenienced us, and 2) the court, to this day, not once, asked him to correct it.

Those are the deciding factors and they go right along with what I said about feigned ignorance.

Now obviously it wasn't actually that big of a deal and was merely technical, but we complained about it, so he thought it was a huge obstacle for us. That's the unintelligent part.

You guys realize, with Russ confirming he has a account here, that he has likely gone to this thread to get his rocks off watching you guys doompost about this lawsuit? He gets all the dopamine he wants watching you guys suffer.

Surely, you jest. The only thing that gives Russ a dopamine hit in life is hookers.

he only complained about his life
Shitlips is a broken record that way. Every filing could easily double as a diary entry. I do not understand where Greer is coming from in expecting the court to contend with how Greer feels about his life.

The height of entitlement. Entitled behavior is a particular sign of disrespect that I can’t co sign. The fact is, it’s truly gross that Shitlips tries so hard to cast his problems onto others, with his entitled sneer permanently etched on his bish ass face.

“It was really hot, though.”

I love the way Mr. Hardin writes. His footnotes are also part of the fun.

I found his response very compelling, but I suspect the court will coddle Russ's fraudulent false representation.

This is the kind of smoke I was waiting for Hardin to bring. If the judge has any sort of respect for the justice system of the USA he'll toss this case exactly where it belongs. Right back into Strokey the Snowflake's gaping maw.

Is this a flub on Mr. Hardin's part? I had a hard time parsing this unless "Plaintiffs complaining of Greer's failure to comply" and other instances of Plaintiff refers to something the DJF said before bowing out. He corrects to Defendants when referring to their own acceptance of an extension because of his father being in the ICU.

Regardless, I could interpret it well enough and I like this filing. One can only hope the court finally decided Greer has had enough rope.
