What conspiracy theories do you believe in? - Put your tinfoil hats on

There's the claim from mostly leftist "misinformation experts" that "misinformation" "tends to be right wing", and that scientists tend to be leftist. That first claim seems to imply that speaking against The Narrative™ is "misinformation", as well as yet another attempt to BS people into being SJWs. That second claim seems to imply that research is totally uncorrupted by "woke" agenda -- the same "woke" agenda that has infiltrated academia. Getting really tired of the endless "social engineering" attempts.

No. The majority of them take the bible literally (At least in my experience). I spent 2 weeks with a guy on a job to quoted Isaiah 66:1,
"Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Could you build me a temple as good as that? Could you build me such a resting place?"
He then proceeded to tell me that how can Earth be round if its a footstool? Footstools are flat.
i worked with a guy for a while who for all intents and purposes seemed like a normal kinda childish 25 year old midwestern guy into woodworking and impressing retards with his shit car and bad shonen anime. he was into conspiracy shit in a strange way where he didn't really believe any of it but at the same time didn't have any heuristics to disprove any of it - he kind of struck me like backwards mulder where he wanted to believe and kept searching for alternative belief systems because the ones he's finding keep being too retarded. anyways despite being very anti religious he brought up the book of Enoch one day and starts talking about how it predicts the future of the end times and our current situation which was seemingly uncharacteristic of the guy

i happen to have a copy. if you're not familiar with the book of enoch its not canon, it's part of the apocrypha and is consistently presented as something from pre-biblical times but is realistically a gnostic text that unambiguously dates to about 100 AD. it is an extremely esoteric text that is clearly post-classical and has a ridiculous amount of abstract visuals and symbolism ala the book of Revelation. it quite literally does talk about the flat earth and the firmament that separates the heavens from the waters, the war in heaven, wheels of flame and all that shit. its the furthest thing from what you have in your mind as a religious text which is why it isn't one unless you're mormon.

this third paragraph was gonna be "yeah whats up with the book of enoch" but i realized i just wrote 'unless you're mormon' and i think that might be the answer to the question

I find flat earth interesting mainly for the reaction against it. Flat earthers harm no one, and I enjoy the ones who are vaguely thoughtful about it. There’s a docco on it somewhere and one of the guys is shining a laser beam along a canal or something to look for curvature. I saw that and was thinking well, he’s curious, he’s experimenting. He’s not taking what he’s told at face value and he’s going out and doing something hands on to check an assumption. In some ways this guy is a better scientist than the off muh science crowd. Good on him.
The reaction against flat earth era is interesting too - people get really het up about it when it’s a belief that can’t and won’t ever harm them. I see it as part of the awful ‘science is a fixed monolith that’s never wrong’ thing that I HATE and so ironically, I’m quite fond of flerfers.
The first ingredient in baby formula is corn syrup solids
It’s not over here. First ingredient in the HiPP stuff is milk powder. Breast remains best. I think the corn stuff may be the ones for babies with milk allergies (over here at least, maybe in America it’s dehydrated Pepsi and seed oils…)
Boy, is he in for a shock.
Hand knitted socks with a fleegle heel? Pleasant surprise, even for the big man

People aren't upset about flat earth, they are upset about the implications of it. It's not about what's true, it's about realizing there are giant conspiracies aimed at them to keep them believing lies above all else and for a lack of known reason. Everyone taciticly admits that the government and media lies to them, they just aren't prepared for the full extent of it.

It is in the USA. I was shocked when I found out, considering the price of it.

You forgot the conclusion where he completed the experiment, saw that it proved the earth is curved, and immediately concluded the experiment was wrong.

The problem is not with the belief, the problem is with idiots that claim to be "just asking questions" or say that they are "critical thinkers" who only accept evidence when it suits their particular agenda but will reject all other evidence out of hand. We saw this earlier in this thread when someone who didn't believe in the moon landing was asked what evidence he would need to consider the possiblity that it happened and the skeptic dodged the question.

They're not serious people and that's why they upset people because they waste everyone's time.

I've always had a strong feeling that this has to do with the sheer amount of chemicals and sugar in our very processed foods in the western world
I'll take this and I'll expand on my crackpot theory:

We're close to the last viable generation as seen in Pottenger's Cats.

TL;DR of this:

(Late Edit, forgot to re-add the line, thanks @Otterly)
Cats depend on large amounts Taurine to grow, which is very heat-sensitive. The experiment consistent of feeding cats Raw Meat/Milk, or Cooked Meat/Milk for multiple generations.

The first generation of cats with healthy parents start to show some problems (Bad coats, sexual disintrest, lethargic, uncoordinated, bad teeth), add sugar, and they have all that but worse, plus severe anxiety. All healthy cats have a disgust for the ill cats.
You can see all of the same problems in the second generation cats. They have hormone problems (mothers have signs of hirsutism/male development) They're smaller, have deformations in the face, which is smaller (proportionally), osteoporosis, and fucked teeth.
The third generation is even worse, in the video, you can just see how sick they are just by looking at them. They have extreme osteoporosis. They can barely walk straight, or at all. They have tons of allergies. They bred the first cat ever reported in a paper to have asthma.
These did not reproduce, as they had either no sexual interest, or they had stillborn kittens.
You can reverse the problems, but it takes four generations of fortified healthy diets to breed perfectly healthy cats from sick cats.

While we're not cats, This experiment illustrates that damage can happen over multiple generations, and I'm seeing literally all of this nowadays in the US, Specifically Trannies:
- Most kids nowadays have fucked up teeth
- Major Skin issues are rampant
- Hormone fuckups and asexuality are on the rise
- Depression and suicidal ideation are on the rise
- Anxiety and ADHD is on the rise
- Youth osteoporosis and arthritis has never been so high
- Asthma. It didn't exist in cats (or was obscenely rare), and was induced. How many people do you know with asthma?
- While stillbirths haven't raised that much (thanks medicine), premature births and severe genetic fuckups are on the rise.
- Heck, obesity is on the rise, why wouldn't this kind of generational damage apply to the capacity of the body to handle shit diets?

I genuinely don't think the ADHD overprescription of nowadays is solely due to big pharma wanting to make bank on perma-patients, we're slowly suffocating the species, and ultra-processed garbage like seed oils are a perfect example of that, but also other absolutely fucking retarded diets, like vegans, which, by removing essential nutrients (No, faggot, your shitty b12 pill and poverty-tier iron levels are not "just because you need less while vegan), you're literally growing kids that will not be able to grow the next generation.

These developmentally-stunted zoomers/gen alphas are literally writing their bloodlines off of history, by castrating themselves, by having zero sex drive, and the few that do reproduce, will be an evolutionary dead-end within the next century. All of this because of the Seventh Day Adventist niggers and the grain lobby.

Thankfully, I don't have to wish for them to kill themselves, because they're already doing it.

Yes, I saw that. Give the man time, very few people are able to totally change a world view overnight
They're not serious people and that's why they upset people because they waste everyone's time.
No I don’t think that’s it. Modern life is full of deeply unserious people. It’s full of time wasters and grifters. They don’t provoke this response. Something about flat earth really raises hackles. I suspect it’s the fact it’s a massive rejection of something everyone feels is true but almost no one is able to actually prove to themselves first hand. They seem to create this short circuit in people because everyone knows the earth is round. Yet you cannot actually prove it in your day to day life. A lot of truisms are obviously, probably true without any extras. Stuff falls downwards - you drop something and it falls. Unless you have some lasers or a suborbital vehicle or a tall ship to hand you can’t say to your forever ‘look I’ll show you.’
I think there’s something thst it that taps into a kind of sense of embarrassment about that for want of a better word.

This was probably taurine deficiency. Having said that, diet does cause heritable changes, epigenetic ones at the least. Raw food is best for cats and thankfully there’s several companies now that sell it frozen in convenient little pucks

Flat Earthers get boosted by mainstream media, making them look like a much bigger group than they actually are.

This is by design. It's a form of well poisoning. Basically conflate anyone who disagrees with the "consensus" as a crackpot. Like how they made fun of people who thought the government was spying on people by portraying them as schizos with aliminium foil hats. Notice how that little stereotype has gone away? It's now open knowledge that the government spies on people, so that strawman is outdated.

Hormonal birth control is one of the reasons women today have so many hormonal issues and are emotional. It's also in tap water and making men pussies (although the ease of modern society and constant internet access are worse factors for the pussification of men, imo).

Being on a very fat-restrictive diet gives you brain damage.

The common practice of pediatric spays/neuters in the US are why so many dogs are fat and annoying as fuck. They never fully mature physically and emotionally. Shelters do it because spics and niggers can't keep their pets from running loose and breeding uncontrollably, adding more burdens to shelters. Vets push it on pet owners because it is an easy procedure that makes them money, and all the shit about "it's healthier because it prevents them from getting ball/uterine cancer" is cope because it makes them prone to joint issues and a dozen different cancers (does one need vet school to deduce that cutting off a dog's testicles makes them less prone to testicular cancer?). Oddly enough, does not seem to affect cats to this degree.

Shelters will lie about a dog's breed and bite history to get it adopted. I think they also invent sob stories too.

It is in the USA. I was shocked when I found out, considering the price of it.
I know of no baby formula brand in the US where this is true. They do all have seed oils, though.

Joker 2 was intentionally made to fuck with and hurt their own company. I really do think the people at warner-discovery is trying to tank their own company as part of a conspiracy against David Zaslav.
You know Hollywood has been tanking its own shit since the whole thing started right?

Its to do with lowering your tax bill, or something. You can look it up, but it's been done plenty of times, and it's in aid of not paying as much in taxes. They want a few bombs to balance the books.

If you actually read the article, they left out any info that would prove it was actually the ai doing it not the researchers. It's just junk science being pushed for "OMG Skynet!" grants.

Was able to find that one, Similac 360 Sensitivity, for babies with lactose intolerance. I guess if you're an infant with lactose intolerance, your options are limited.
It's on the regular cans as well, I first noticed it a few months ago when someone left a can laying someplace in sight while I waited at the grocery store.

Yeah, hollywood accounting.

Consider the commie idea of stacking the institutions with commie-friendly workers, who can complete the tasks of commie leaders, even if those leaders are no longer in power - Britain suffered slightly with this as every council is a left-wing shit hole.

Now consider that while the march through the institutions by lefties is a fact, every action must have an equal and opposite reaction, ergo; Right-wing bigot nazi chuds will activate their own agenda when the lefties come to power.

What we're seeing in the entertainment industry of games, tv and film, is people sick to death of lefty authoritarians demanding and commanding peoples' everyday lives. Kamala isn't being sabotaged by Biden, she's being taken down by those who are sick of the far left.

The rot comes from within. It's equally true for both left and right of the political spectrum.
