Absolute, unadulterated heresy.
i worked with a guy for a while who for all intents and purposes seemed like a normal kinda childish 25 year old midwestern guy into woodworking and impressing retards with his shit car and bad shonen anime. he was into conspiracy shit in a strange way where he didn't really believe any of it but at the same time didn't have any heuristics to disprove any of it - he kind of struck me like backwards mulder where he wanted to believe and kept searching for alternative belief systems because the ones he's finding keep being too retarded. anyways despite being very anti religious he brought up the book of Enoch one day and starts talking about how it predicts the future of the end times and our current situation which was seemingly uncharacteristic of the guyNo. The majority of them take the bible literally (At least in my experience). I spent 2 weeks with a guy on a job to quoted Isaiah 66:1,
"Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Could you build me a temple as good as that? Could you build me such a resting place?"
He then proceeded to tell me that how can Earth be round if its a footstool? Footstools are flat.
It’s not over here. First ingredient in the HiPP stuff is milk powder. Breast remains best. I think the corn stuff may be the ones for babies with milk allergies (over here at least, maybe in America it’s dehydrated Pepsi and seed oils…)The first ingredient in baby formula is corn syrup solids
Hand knitted socks with a fleegle heel? Pleasant surprise, even for the big manBoy, is he in for a shock.
People aren't upset about flat earth, they are upset about the implications of it. It's not about what's true, it's about realizing there are giant conspiracies aimed at them to keep them believing lies above all else and for a lack of known reason. Everyone taciticly admits that the government and media lies to them, they just aren't prepared for the full extent of it.The reaction against flat earth era is interesting too - people get really het up about it when it’s a belief that can’t and won’t ever harm them. I see it as part of the awful ‘science is a fixed monolith that’s never wrong’ thing that I HATE and so ironically, I’m quite fond of flerfers.
It is in the USA. I was shocked when I found out, considering the price of it.It’s not over here. First ingredient in the HiPP stuff is milk powder. Breast remains best. You forgot the conclusion where he completed the experiment, saw that it proved the earth is curved, and immediately concluded the experiment was wrong. There’s a docco on it somewhere and one of the guys is shining a laser beam along a canal or something to look for curvature. I saw that and was thinking well, he’s curious, he’s experimenting. He’s not taking what he’s told at face value and he’s going out and doing something hands on to check an assumption. In some ways this guy is a better scientist than the off muh science crowd. Good on him.
I'll take this and I'll expand on my crackpot theory:I've always had a strong feeling that this has to do with the sheer amount of chemicals and sugar in our very processed foods in the western world
Yes, I saw that. Give the man time, very few people are able to totally change a world view overnightYou forgot the conclusion where he completed the experiment, saw that it proved the earth is curved, and immediately concluded the experiment was wrong.
No I don’t think that’s it. Modern life is full of deeply unserious people. It’s full of time wasters and grifters. They don’t provoke this response. Something about flat earth really raises hackles. I suspect it’s the fact it’s a massive rejection of something everyone feels is true but almost no one is able to actually prove to themselves first hand. They seem to create this short circuit in people because everyone knows the earth is round. Yet you cannot actually prove it in your day to day life. A lot of truisms are obviously, probably true without any extras. Stuff falls downwards - you drop something and it falls. Unless you have some lasers or a suborbital vehicle or a tall ship to hand you can’t say to your forever ‘look I’ll show you.’They're not serious people and that's why they upset people because they waste everyone's time.
This was probably taurine deficiency. Having said that, diet does cause heritable changes, epigenetic ones at the least. Raw food is best for cats and thankfully there’s several companies now that sell it frozen in convenient little pucksWe're close to the last viable generation as seen in Pottenger's Cats.
I know of no baby formula brand in the US where this is true. They do all have seed oils, though. It is in the USA. I was shocked when I found out, considering the price of it.
There's a known case of an AI already doing this.It might even have human employees that it hires from Fiverr or Mechanical Turk, that are unaware that they're working for the AI. The content it creates is always a bit "off" and recycles old content and stock images rather than producing anything new.
Holy crap! I didn't know this. There's a known case of an AI already doing this.
Was able to find that one, Similac 360 Sensitivity, for babies with lactose intolerance. I guess if you're an infant with lactose intolerance, your options are limited.
You know Hollywood has been tanking its own shit since the whole thing started right?Joker 2 was intentionally made to fuck with and hurt their own company. I really do think the people at warner-discovery is trying to tank their own company as part of a conspiracy against David Zaslav.
If you actually read the article, they left out any info that would prove it was actually the ai doing it not the researchers. It's just junk science being pushed for "OMG Skynet!" grants. There's a known case of an AI already doing this.
It's on the regular cans as well, I first noticed it a few months ago when someone left a can laying someplace in sight while I waited at the grocery store. Was able to find that one, Similac 360 Sensitivity, for babies with lactose intolerance. I guess if you're an infant with lactose intolerance, your options are limited.
Yeah, hollywood accounting. You know Hollywood has been tanking its own shit since the whole thing started right?
Its to do with lowering your tax bill, or something. You can look it up, but it's been done plenty of times, and it's in aid of not paying as much in taxes. They want a few bombs to balance the books.
Consider the commie idea of stacking the institutions with commie-friendly workers, who can complete the tasks of commie leaders, even if those leaders are no longer in power - Britain suffered slightly with this as every council is a left-wing shit hole.Joker 2 was intentionally made to fuck with and hurt their own company. I really do think the people at warner-discovery is trying to tank their own company as part of a conspiracy against David Zaslav.
