I’ve seen people mention this, and it’s crossed my mind as an idea myself, but idk if it would be possible to actually make a license that prevents the cretinous rot that infects OSS
The troons are using licenses as an attack vector, there is zero chance that if a license to a desirable target was adversarial that they would respect it.
If they received any significant pushback, they’d create some kind of stink about license legality that would lead to the usual suspects throwing their weight around to force a handful of licenses or even trannyCoCs down the throats of the broader community.
I’m extremely blackpilled. It almost seems like ARR is the only way to actually have some measure of control over how projects end up.
