Well, his hero Dick passes Mint around. I think they even have a word for it: "Sampling." Monkey see, monkey do.
Does anyone in his circle wants to sample Ape? Hopefully not. I know some in this thread would.

Take into consideration that other high-profile felon cows like Ethan Ralph and Christopher Cantwell
Christopher Cantwell is 5'5''.
Ethan Ralph is 5'1''.
Neither are high.
Well, high as in tall. They're both high on something perpetually.

They will have sent out a late notice on 10/2, assessed a late fee ($75), and given him until 11/1 to pay or be administratively suspended. If suspended there is a $100 reinstatement fee.

He was late paying last year as well (payment 10/10/2023).

Anyone old enough to remember Nick saying how 'proud' he was of his law license? How the only time his grandfather expressed respect for hum was when he told him he was going to be a lawyer? How he was going to fight his bar complaints because it was something he worked for, and he was proud of it?

It's totally badass and punk rock to lose your law license because you can't pay a small fee. It proves his true membership in the Negroid race from the mean streets of Houston.

Lead Attorney asks a relevant question: if it isn't hardwired in women to give these complements, how did it then become a hardwired need for men?
Sorry for the necro but this was always super weird to me.

It Doesn’t seem to register to Nick that having sex with a man, and baring/caring for their children, is form of validation x100 more potent that telling a man he looks cute. Compliments are cheap and can be fake, sex and continued genetic lineage is not. Actions louder than words and whatnot.

Sure Kayla give birth to five children you sired, then nursed and reared them, but did she tell Nick how hot and sexy he was enough this week?
Only the truly delusional die-hards have lasted this long and they’re clearly all rather pathetic.
I think these are the saddest ones. These are the people that think they are showing they are the truest fans or supporters who stick by Nick even thought he’s produced nothing in return for the money. They figure with the way things are shrinking soon enough Nick will appreciate their loyalty and they will be real BFF.

I think the theory that Nick & the remnants of the Qover have to reside in a separate address from the children makes sense on the surface. Since that case was sealed, the outcome is currently unknown, right? (I may have forgotten if the children’s welfare case was fully resolved, but iirc it is not.) It’s not out of the question that they’re still operating under visitation rules while the grandparents juggle custody.

Nicks streaming in any of the houses doesn’t exclude him from residing at a different address. I remember something from the last two matters of public record that @MNPublicRecords dropped, was that the Rekieta’s, grandparents present, & the judge were all amenable to creative solutions to reunion, down the line. It’s just as likely that Nick streams at the main house when the kids are staying at a different house, than not. The thing about predicting is it either is or isn’t true. 50% probability either way.

No one knows, there is evidence for Nick living at the main house (where he was arrested) & evidence he may live somewhere else. Either could be true. I haven’t seen anything that convinces me either way, but I definitely think there could be children’s custody issues afoot that make things more complicated. Coming at this from a need more evidence mindset.

Bar maintenance fees? Sounds like child support... Do you know who doesn't pay child support? BLACK MEN! *rimshot*

They don't support their kids! Just like Stephen Hawkings legs couldn't support him! *laugh track*

Nick is just very insecure and needs constant validation. He is not comfortable in his own skin and constantly feels like an imposter.

To quote Nick in the future: "I'm still a lawyer even without the bar and license. Why? Because the government and some group of bureaucrats don't decide who is a lawyer. They have an illegal scheme going meant to hinder civil rights to collect illegal fees. I'm glad I'm out of the system and striking out as a lawyer on my own without the red tape sinners. In fact, you guys are so dumb you didn't realize (kiwi idiots) that I was going to give up my license to take a stand right before they made me surrender it. GOT EM. WHAT NOW JOSH!?"

Yeah, but I'm trying to get @Fapcop to do what Nick won't:

Pursue a monogamous relationship with Kayla.

:story:

Bar maintenance fees? Sounds like child support...
Some government agencies are self-funding. Most (all?) star bars are an example of that. Other license granting/regulatory agencies, like the FCC, would be an example of another.

Technically, Nick shouldn't complain, because that method is usually favored by lolbertarians over drawing from the tax pool. Something something, taxation is theft.

Nick is just very insecure and needs constant validation.
His core desires are validation from others and the violation of others. Remember that Rittenhouse interview? Balldo was absolutely deriving pleasure from making that poor kid incredibly uncomfortable.

Speaking of...

Does anybody know if any of this crap going on has affected Kyle any?

Vic freaked the fuck out, disavowed, and disconnected, but I haven't heard a peep concerning Kyle.

Or was his two Rekieta interviews not that important in the grand scheme of things?

He should. Because he is. At even being human.
Or was his two Rekieta interviews not that important in the grand scheme of things?
I'm pretty sure that to Kyle, having anything to do with Rekieta was just a horrible mistake.
To quote Nick in the future: "I'm still a lawyer even without the bar and license. Why? Because the government and some group of bureaucrats don't decide who is a lawyer.
Not remotely true though. Do you have a license to practice law? You're a lawyer, even if you're a complete and utter retard. Do you not have a license? You aren't.

To be clear, I think the reason the address on file change is because he's being wrangled in his criminal case, but who knows as to whether that extends to the lack of streaming or not.

Go with BG on this one. It's usually a safe bet.

Anyway, the grandparents don't have legal "custody", the state does, almost certainly. These cases usually take around two years to resolve and will include periodic home visits, drug tests, etc. before custody is returned to the parents. This is compatible with many posts in the Balldouniverse about CPS cases in MN and the county.

The question I think you're asking is who are the current guardians? The overwhelming evidence is that Nick is at home. I believe the kids are also at home.

The only thing I'm confused about is why BG believes the parental "wrangling" only concerns the criminal case. Consider that the trust (so, Bob & Celeste) own the main house. Then, consider the sequence of events:

- April moves into the main house in, what, March as the "nanny"
- Arrest in May, Bob testifies in June
- Around the time the kids are returned, the 2nd home that April was sent to (probably due to the kids' return), is put on the market
- Denied denied denied
- Address change
- Nick goes dark, mostly

I'm not sure what to make of that sequence except to say that I believe the wrangling is more wholistic than the criminal case. Bob & Celeste could be threatening to pull the main house if Nicky doesn't behave.

No way would Nick leave Kayla and April alone together for a month.
Objection! My fever dream is a Thelma & Louise ending to this whole saga. Were it not for the kids, or maybe for the kids, this seems like an appropriate ending:

Didn't they murder one of the husbands before this?

Kyle just never mentioned him again, as far as I can tell. Nick was never THAT important. Kyle's level of infamous celebrity would get articles written about how his breakfast choices show extremist white privilege before his association with Nick.

Not quite. I’m saying that predictions are generally at 50/50, yes or no, with the current evidence on where Nick is staying. It is known the state has custody until the matter resolves, ie, the grandparents were deemed foster care. Don’t particularly feel like spelling out all the deets already spelled out ITT X 100, so I say the grandparents are their guardians until the child case is over. Nick saying the kids are back tells people nothing. Back where? With who? He’s a lying fag who misleads on purpose. It’s past that. Until the child welfare case is resolved, it’s doubtful they are with Nick as they were before the arrest (ie, full normal parental custody.)

There has been talk of Nick living at the main (arrest) house, or his parents MN address. I’m saying I don’t have enough evidence to go with either theory or claim yet because a few streams from the main house or an address change for recent court mail isn’t conclusive to either.

ETA: So my next question is the same as yours having to do with the list you made & the last items following the denial. There’s not enough to go on to know more, yet.

Does Nick have to do CLE credits this year for his law license, or no? He didn't last year, but eventually he will.

Always bet on Barnes @Balldo's Gate.

I just thought I'd ask because Ana Kasparian mentioned Rekieta's association with Kyle.

And I'm gonna take a wild ass guess, based on who she runs with, she ain't exactly a fan of Kyle.

Meh whatever.

We should send people to yell JULAAAAAAAY MANDAAAAAAAY at both houses and see who peers out the window. And by "we should" I obviously mean "we shouldn't" because that would be mega-gay.

Also it's entirely likely what's actually going on will come out in court proceedings anyway unless Nickhole cops a plea.

Who knows. After her encounter with a friendly homeless man, she might be more sympathetic to self defense.

Unlike Kyle, Nick cannot evoke any sympathy. At best he gets pity. But not from me. Jodéte Nick, maricón de mierda.

That’s the logical conclusion. Good way to put it. Everyone is a 50% prophet until the details are exposed, or the cuck of Minnesota pleads.
