Ok? what does that have to do with the point being raised?
that his tide go in tide go out thing has little actual impact on how his pundit career is looked at overall. Sure its a silly little thing but its not really career defining in the long run and O'Reilly is still a well respected pundit/figure by a lot of people.

Not myself though I never really cared for him or his show one way or the other.

O'Reilly would still be one of the top pundits were it not for...uh...the allegations(I originally said voicemails but I cannot seem find what I was thinking of...I swear I remember hearing voicemails of him being ultra fucking creepy).

Why even try to attach the campaign to Jimmy Carter? He was so bad in one term that the country elected a Republican for the next 12 years and milquetoast neolibs had to take over the party to have any kind of electability in the 90's, and even that was because Ross Perot decided it was high time to play spoiler.
It's really a sign of how much this party has swung leftward that his decrepit corpse filling the right bubble is treated as some kind of achievement.

she's much more charismatic than Joe Biden
i would like whatever reality warping drugs you were on when you wrote this post. it must be the good stuff

Always with that black eye. I dunno what conspiracies are related to it but I'd believe them at this point.
i don't think there's any conspiracy behind old people having bruises. they tend to fall down a lot

In the United States, unintentional falls are the leading cause of injury and injury death among adults aged ≥65 years (older adults).

Once you look at the upcoming election as an event for which the script has already been finalized and rehearsed for, the actions of the main players makes sense.
The only ones really scrambling are the little guys, trying to deal with last minute details.

What will happen will happen, and there's nothing to be done about it.

I weep for all the settlers who came to the colonies with the hope that this country would be different than what they were fleeing. We have failed them.

RFK Jr. released a video claiming that Trump will get him inside the USDA.

This is exactly what I want as a voter. Someone has finally pulled their head out of their ass and is addressing the shit that matters and it's so refreshing. The amount of TDS I see daily makes me think that these people are willing to throw away something important just to spite the Orange Man.

I hope that it actually turns out to be an insignificant number of the population that tries to take this away from me. I hope whoever the EC ends up being wants to stick it to the government and actually make this country better. I know theres a chance I'm getting my hopes up for nothing -- USPG is a hugbox at the end of the day, but it's the only hugbox I can stand. Things might not be like this everywhere. There could be enough voters that just decide to pick Brown Woman because Facebook and Reddit told me to.

My hope is obviously contingent on the belief that this party and RFK aren't lying to me, and that things will get better and food will get healthier and our farmers and manufacturers will be treated better. I want to believe, I want to have hope. It feels good.

If thats taken from me by the EC and the media and everyone who has their head so far up their ass that they can't see the forest through the trees, then I will never fucking forgive the left, I'll never forgive this country for shafting what could be a turn for the better.

But that's an "if". I am holding out hope that goodness will win and things will get better, that most people have enough common sense to not elect a Brown Woman who won't make this country healthier, who will continue to sow discord, and who might end up getting more people killed in some stupid fucking foreign war that shouldn't involve us.

Carter had a PR team running for him for the better part of 50 years. People think he’s the best person morally or some shit to be president when his failure as a president is a reflection of his shit moral character. Leaders are held to a different standard.

Jimmy Carter is one of the worst presidents. Doing Habitat for Humanity and King of the Hill doesn’t change that.

I understand the USDA fairly well and it's not as much of a big bad bureaucracy as people might think. Even the DHHS, which oversees the FDA, is not that bad. Regulators in the FDA take their jobs seriously. I've mentioned it elsewhere but, for all the shit that the FDA receives, they are incredibly strict. It is to a point that many foreign drug companies cannot operate or sell in the US market because our standards are so high.

For example: Alvotech, an Icelandic drug manufacturer, wants to sell its drugs in the US market. However, their manufacturing facilities have been given a failing grade by FDA inspectors because they do not meet US drug manufacturing safety standards.

RFK talks about a lot of issues with food additives, fluoride, and chemicals in the water that turn the frogs gay. Some of it is legitimate: why do we allow dyes in food that no other country allows? These are questions worth asking, although they sometimes have downstream effects. Case in point: lead. After the US banned lead paint, we sold it all to China, which they use in all the cheap shit they sell to us.

It's really funny when people pretend he was a moral paragon in office b/c he built a bunch of homes with Habitat for Humanity, because he was such an insufferable asshole behind the scenes his own cabinet turned against him.

‘Pennsylvania is such a mess’: Inside Team Harris’ unusual levels of finger-pointing

Many of the state’s most well-connected Democrats have been worried about the operation for months.

PHILADELPHIA — Top Democrats in Pennsylvania are worried Vice President Kamala Harris’ operation is being poorly run in the nation’s biggest battleground state.

They say some Harris aides lack relationships with key party figures, particularly in Philadelphia and its suburbs. They complain they have been left out of events and surrogates haven’t been deployed effectively. And they’ve urged Harris staff in private meetings to do more to turn out voters of color.

Some are even pointing fingers at Harris’ Pennsylvania campaign manager, Nikki Lu, who they say lacks deep knowledge of Philadelphia, where the vice president must drive up voter turnout in order to win.

“I have concerns about Nikki Lu,” said Ryan Boyer, who, as the first Black head of the city’s influential building trades council, is one of the most powerful labor leaders in the state. “I don’t think she understands Philadelphia.”

For some Pennsylvania Democratic elected officials, party leaders and allies, 20 of whom POLITICO spoke to for this article, they’re anxious the in-state operation has set them back.

Latino and Black Democratic leaders met with Harris officials behind closed doors in separate meetings in Philadelphia late last month and pressed the campaign on their concerns, said five people who attended or were briefed on them. In the conversations, which included Lu and Harris deputy chief of staff Sergio Gonzales, the leaders asked for a greater presence at local events, an improved surrogate operation and a more sophisticated understanding of how to engage with diverse voting blocs.

Lu did not respond to a request for comment for this article.

In recent weeks, the in-state campaign has brought on new staff, which has given some Democrats more confidence. But they fear they are running out of time.

Morning, everyone. I checked The Hill and the top story is about the Texas Senate debate, so nothing juicy from the eminent DC rag.
What did they have to say about the debate? I turned it off after the 1st 30 mins and switched to the Dallas Stars game instead.

Jill Biden whipped that jeet into place any time she got any funny thoughts about invoking the 25th.
Until Biden got schooled in that debate so hard that he actually got sick, Jill was distracted, and one of Kamala's true believers hijacked the presidential Twitter account to announce he was dropping out of the race "For the good of the party"

The craziness that this really happened and was successfully buried by the media. It's like something out of a badly-written political drama.

Carter's presidency was a perfect example of why technocratic government sucks.

Cruz is beating Allred in the polls, they insulted each other a few times, they called each other Hitler, Cruz moderated on abortion while Allred moderated on the border and trannies, and Cruz bragged about Trump supporting him while Allred was cold about Harris.
