The best thing he could do to avoid the judge rat flipping the prison switch is to sell whatever CS2 skins he has left, get into another inpatient rehab before the 29th, and go undercover as a rat himself, going along all the way with the miserable rats at the new place tryna make him feel some kinda way. They'll let him out to go to his hearing and the judge might just be fooled and let him try to complete the second attempt instead of revoking his bond immediately since he showed initiative and dedication to making momjudge's pussy squirt doing what the court told him despite fucking up the first try. Do you think the courts will issue a warrant for his arrest, or since he's just a shut in that doesn't really bother with anyone other than his parents, do you think they'll just wait to see him on the 29th (and issue a bench warrant if he's a no-show)? Do you think he could try the argument that this facility didn't provide the resources he needed and that he needs to try another facility in order to maintain his bond?

Also wonder - purely in the hypotheticals as this will never happen (I'm sure Ratdad's lack of spine is at least part of the reason why Bossman's the lolcow he is) - could Ratdad go to the courts beofre the 29th and request that Bossman's bond be revoked due to Ratdad being financially on the hook for it, nor having any sort of influence over Bossman's compliance to the conditions they set?

I do not believe they will put out another capias (warrant) for his to be picked up. The judge set a bond revokation hearing review on Oct 29 to reveiew how he was doing, if he was complying, and then to decide if he wanted to revoke bond. If for some reason Austin does not show up to that hearing they will.

This is all another instance of Austin not getting immediate consequences for his actions and not learning. Him getting locked up in 2 weeks will be like yelling at a dog for peeing on the rug last month. He literally needs beating with a rubber hose the instant he fucks up.

It's his bond for the breaking into cars stuff that is at risk, right? The 5 or 10 year suspended sentence or however long it is? They'd send him direct to state prison for that, not back to county jail. It was also possible that his probation could have been violated and the sentence unsuspended for the assault and possession, and it still could be for failing to adhere to the terms of his bond
