@Null The reason your picture looks like shit on any other device than your pixel is because it took it in HDR mode. What this means is that it's in the DCI-P3 colorspace (more color resolution) and has additional metadata in the EXIF which explains which pixels are supposed to be brighter than SDR (higher than 200 nits). However, it also *lies* in the exif that it's in the sRGB colorspace so everything looks off to any software that can't process HDR/P3. I know this because my wife just bought a Pixel 8 and I've played around with it's video capture, only to notice it also does HDR photography.
I don't know yet how to properly handle those files, I know that Preview in MacOS *can* properly decode the file, but Immich which we use for photo managment can't *yet*
Maybe with this info you'll be on the right track. The only additional info I can give you is that you'll need to tonemap this file to SDR using the Hable algorithm, or alternatively you'll need to upgrade your hardware to have a full HDR capable pipeline
