Ditched the dinner all her senior party officials were begging her to attend to run a rally she's financially pulling out of?

At this point, I half-expect the party to rig against her to make an example out of her.

How do we even know that was Kamala speaking? It could have been a rando in the crowd for all we know.

Honestly I don't see Kamala having much of a future with politics. Two wars are on right now, China is about to blow, and the economy is in the toilet. I think they'd take the devil they know that got results than 4 more years of failure

I have heard similar criticism from radical leftists as far back as 2008, lamenting that Hillary and Obama both were crony capitalists just like the Republicans, but in blue flavor instead of red flavor, and thus simply more of the same that we had under W Bush.

Given the behavior we have seen of the Uniparty over the past 15 years or so, they're not exactly wrong.

I'm honestly having a hard time imagining what that would have been like. The taglines and foreign policy positions are starting to come back to me now. In 2004, there was already some measure of fatigue over the Iraq war, with people complaining that the rest of the world hated the US because we were a bully, solving our problems with violence instead of diplomatically. Kerry's platform was we'd get out of Iraq and focus on domestic policy...whatever the hell that was. Kerry was going to make us Stronger at Home, and Respected in the World.

I honestly can't remember what his domestic policy positions were, if he even pretended to have any.
