Not looking to well acksmually, but if he owns (or at least mortgages) two properties in the greater SeaTac area, he is, by definition due to his property holdings, a millionaire. He's probably trying to gauge his worth based on money in the bank or some other arbitrary metric; I'm not gonna do the math, because I can say with 100% certainty, two properties in the hot part of Washington and the numbers he pulls on Twitch, he's a millionaire. He may try to argue he pays his jannies a fair wage, okay, what's your organization and are they W-2 or 1099; or are you violating some form of finance/work laws? Then there's your ferret/exotic pet rescue, I assume you have proper paperwork filings for that? I'm not looking to fucking knock down walls just to call this dude a fucking liar, but anyone with two brain cells to rub together can readily identify this dude as at least an on paper millionaire.
Edit: Also, if you've had two ferrets die from incubator / overheating, check your fucking rules and regulations or whatever you may call them. One or two here and there may be excusable, but this is two damn near back to back, that's not an accident, that's something else.
Edit 2: Couldn't let it go, going by Redfin for both pieces of property; the larger one at 16604 92nd NW Lake Bay, WA 98349 along is sitting comfy at 1.3M; the other piece of property was sitting at 495K. Sure he bought the larger property for less and sure he may even still be paying a mortgage on it; but if Kamal and the lunatics have their way and decide to implement taxes on unrealized gains, guess what his (along with every other home owners) tax bracket is going to become. Even without a bullshit tax, if/when you're applying for loans and you want to list all your assets to get the best possible results, guess what you list, real estate / property. It's not what you make on paper, it includes all your assets, which, imagine his shock, are pieces of real estate with his name attached to. You're a millionaire Jason, even if your bank account doesn't have seven figures (nine if you count the decimal points) or if you're too stupid to recognize it.
