If this is legit then this is the missing puzzle piece for everything going on. The cartels have a lot of money and influence and it doesn't take much to buy a politician. Especially if they bang trafficked kids

They could be the primary force for Harris getting in. They benefit the most from all of this.

Well the Sinaloa cartels situation is very messy atm. One faction within the cartel, Los Chapitos (El Chapo's sons) handed the leader of another Sinaloa cartel faction (El Mayo Zambada) straight to the US, following a period of the US/Mexican authorities putting intense pressure on Los Chapitos by capturing some of their key guys. So the Sinaloa cartel is in a civil war right now, and the Mexican government isn't happy about it.

But no doubt, US authorities are very happy with Los Chapitos right now for delivering to them the intelligence goldmine that is El Mayo. They have two of the Los Chapitos brothers in custody (Joaquin (Who delivered El Mayo) and Ovidio), but by all accounts they've been getting cushy treatment and potentially moved into witsec since El Mayo was handed over. 100%, the US has a ton of influence over the Sinaloa cartel right now. Los Chapitos (With two leaders/brothers and their former security chief in US custody) need the US to protect them from a pissed Mexican government and a number of cartels that are out for their blood, and Operativo MZ (Mayo Zambada's faction) have their big boss in US custody potentially selling them all out.

The Sinaloa cartel definitely aren't the kind of cartel that will green light hits on Americans. They're generally too smart and low key for that, and one reason they're so powerful is their long history of cooperating with the US. In general there are far more violent and militant cartels like CJNG (Who are/were at war with the Sinaloa cartel among others but lately there have been rumours of truces being struck) and CDN.

CDN (Whose stronghold is Nuevo Laredo on the Texas border) are probably the cartel making the most money from border hoppers, and they're a very violent and often pretty dumb cartel who are definitely a threat to border patrol. Although tbf since their former leader El Huevo got captured in 2022, they seem to have gotten less belligerent. But before then, they were always in open warfare with police and military forces. They're an offshoot from the now dead Los Zetas cartel who were the pioneers of cartel militarization.

The Gulf Cartel (Controlling the eastern border areas) are also no doubt making big money from border hoppers but they're an even bigger soap opera than the Sinaloa cartel and it's tough to figure out what's going on with them with how fragmented they are. Interestingly, their former leader, a massively influential boss called Osiel Cardenas Guillen, was released from US prison in August after serving a long sentence (Captured in 2003)

Also, Fapcop unironically thinks that war-whooping Pashtuns annihilated American armored divisions in Afghanistan from horseback, so you really shouldn't argue with him. The only person who knew less about wars and military hardware than him was Doctor Love.
Fapcop is more of an authority/expert on cooming, above all else

I'm sorry, there's a cartel that was run at one point by a dude nicknamed "The Egg"?
That's like the least gangster thing ever to call yourself

Be careful who you support.
I'm 5 days late here but I can support a useful idiot in the moment if he's saying shit that hurts my enemies.
I swear, tagging the Hulkster should mean you eat a threadban, it just brings out all the tism. Worse than usual, I mean.

I might not agree with the guy on politics, but I don't go out of my way to needle the guy...

I expect a complete loss for Harris.

Atlanta's black but I don't think it's going blue this year man. Blacks are easily swayed by free shit but I don't think a lot of them are going to vote for a cop.

Heh often times guys pop up in the cartels who get stupid/funny aliases

For example, one really influential cartel boss (And fun fact, really the guy that began the whole trend of executing people on camera) was La Barbie. They called him that because he was a Mexican-American who grew up in Texas and looked white

Some others off the top of my head - El Winnie Pooh, El Erotico, La Vaca, El Hamburguesa, El Taliban, El Bob Esponja ...
