Is back on snuff? It sounds like he was fiending for some and is going on a drug induced retard fit after stewing on his rage.

Nick getting out of this thinking he's somehow "WON" will only lead to a worse crash (into a tree on the way back from a drunken bender at the grand reopening and rebranding of the Gay20s) further down the line.

Woah Nick, be careful what you say, the cops are watching and might take you seriously. Also I'm stunned that Graf has a nitter instance that works, that must be the only thing he's done right. Nitter Archive
Also yes this is a joke, but would be HILARIOUS if it came up for real.
A combo of 1&3What do you guys think:
1. He took a plea deal so now he thinks he's invincible
2. He has another "foolproof" legal strat like the Frank's hearing
3. He's mentally broken and doesn't even pretend to care what he says anymore
This is the closest we're going to get to an admission isn't it?
And so, the spinning of the narrative for the Balldo Comeback Kid arc has begun. The fact that he directly confirmed drug use, something he was explicitly not willing to do before, is the strongest sign yet that he intends to or already has accepted a plea deal.

If I understand correctly, if he pleads, he allocutes and waves appeal on everything. Barring some really exceptional thing. And they're often reluctant to deny some procedural thing for a defendant when it won't change the outcome anyway, because they want the case to be over when it's done, not to linger around in appeals for another year or two. This leads to some "wrong" decisions that are pragmatically correct in the long run.
From what I remember, it’s the opposite.Someone refresh my memory. If he takes a plea deal does that mean no body cam footage?
There is a thing called Judicial Economy. It dictates, among other things, they offer him a plea deal to try and save the time and expense of a trial.I don't know what his game is but I'm fairly sure he does not have a plea deal.
He pissed off the judge by forcing him to watch his cokestream twice and he pissed off the prosecution by calling them and the police liars.
Unless they're too busy to put him on trial, I don't see a plea deal being on the table.
None of that would affect the prosecution's willingness to give him a plea deal. The judge probably has a dozen other cases just like this one on his desk, and if having to watch the cokestream made him feel anything, it probably just made him want to get this thing over with as quickly as possible. For the prosecution, if they denied plea deals to everyone who ever called them or the police corrupt liars, then there wouldn't be hardly any deals left to give.I don't know what his game is but I'm fairly sure he does not have a plea deal.

Something in the way he wrote the handful of messages posted here sounds mayyyybe like someone packed him off to inpatient rehab. (...Except that it also reads as reckless enough to be drunk posting). But the absence from view, the quasi-ruefulness and quasi-honesty (don't buy it), the piety resurgence, and the continuing defiance and mystery-shrouding says "30 days in isn't enough."Earlier in the thread and earlier in the tweeting session he already directly confirmed (by replying "He was") to a question asking if he was on coke when writing his pinned NYE tweet. The fact that he directly confirmed drug use, something he was explicitly not willing to do before, is the strongest sign yet that he intends to or already has accepted a plea deal.
It would be highly unusual for a judge to nope a plea.Any deal he may have isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on until he goes into court, the deal is presented to the Judge for his approval, and the Judge approves it.
if you had to interact with him in real life, would you drag it out or get him away from you as soon as possible?I don't know what his game is but I'm fairly sure he does not have a plea deal.
