Don't forget deported and probably banned from entering again. Remember, he's not a citizen of Finland, he's just a foreigner visiting. Even in a jail/hospital setting, he managed to flip out and needed to be restrained, now imaging that, think about Chris in a country where he has a tentative or very low grasp of the languages and how they do things.
Then again, he'd need to actually manage to be guilty of crime that comes with prison time. Not just flipping out and being autistic.
There's a pretty high threshold for deporting and banning a person from entering the country. Basically, you would need to be a serial offender and committed some really heinous crimes. Carrying out some minor vandalism, throwing an autistic hissy-fit in public or even an assault wouldn't cut it.
That really doesn't work with Chris. He just chimps out until they have to hold him down and record his screams.

I don't really think you know how Chris operates. In the past, when store managers, or security guards have tried to reason with Chris, he always finds a way to escalate it. When he was in the nuthouse, an actual, not tard-torturing gothic mental asylum, he managed to get himself strapped into a chair because of an outburst. Knowing that, he managed to get himself into that with professionally trained staff.
Well, the police aren't going to shoot him for curling up to a hedgehog defence. Like said, it is not like the cops will have any idea of who he is, or what the fuck he has done in the states. And likewise, treshold of even considering deporting someone would yet again, mean something more than having a tardout in public.
The only thing that ever holds Chris back is his own mental idea of what is and is not permissible...to him. Remember the only reason he ever backpedaled on the mommy diddling is because of the sheer amount of backlash, and even then he's had like six billion different explainations for how it could have happened but he himself should not be held resposible (namely through multidimensional nonsense)

Probably just fine to be honest. Especially if he's learning Finnish he probably would know that since it seems like a basic fundamental of the language
If you regularly associate with people who are terminally online and under about ~35 or so his name will come up in conversation from time to time, but usually it's just surface level stuff. Used to be "he's the guy who hates sonic's blue arms/he's the guy who made sonichu", nowadays it's "he's that guy who fucked his mom". Lot of people in these circles are aware of him but don't really know how deep the rabbit hole goes.
...You know this is Chris we're talking about, if it doesn't suit him, the world should turn around.
