Yes.What kind of asinine unhinged faggot response was that? What attention, the kind that involves calling a literal 10-year-old a loose whore that should do OnlyFans at 15? The kind that says he'd like chasing defensive little boys in coal mines to presumably rape?
This this and this.Did they know he allowed his 8-year-old child to test positive for cocaine metabolites at >5000pg/mg with a cutoff at just 500, ie ten times higher?
Larry couldn't have saved his ass anyways.
That's not a dig against Larry, BTW. I've seen Larry's work. He's pretty good at criminal defense.
Nick has a big mouth, to be sure, but he's also just open and shut guilty. Lawyers aren't wizards. Larry dodged a ding to his W:L ratio.
It was only because Nick kept making videos on YouTube? Not:
It was only because Nick kept making YouTube videos? Lawyers really are good at lying.
- Nick's 8 yo daughter testing positive for cocaine
- Nick neglecting his 5 children
- Nick doing drugs/tweaking in church
- Nick's comments about the judge and her "pussy"
- Nick accusing state advocates for his neglected children of perjury
- Nick lying to officers about April "visiting"
- Nick befriending Melton, a (not yet convicted) pedophile
- Nick ridiculing the state for making him "go to rehab"
- Nick mocking his drug charges by drinking "coke"
- Nick accusing small town police officers of planting hard drugs in his house
- Nick failing court mandated alcohol tests
- Nick using biblical references to normalize having both a wife and live-in girlfriend
- Nick yelling at officers during multiple traffic violations
He's not a very reliable client, he's also an addict.
Dude, he's a lawyer. They'd defend people for anything people did if they think they can win. Morals are never in the equation. That's how they got the rep for being scum in the first place.![]()
What was he lying about? Nick isn't just a shitty person, lawyers deal with that all the time. He's a shitty CLIENT. He's the kind of jerkoff who would ignore your advice and do dumb shit that could get you in trouble for just defending him, because he doesn't even understand what he's doing.
He could make you look like a moron just for defending him, and not in a way that would get you more clients.
Larry is a careered criminal defense attorney. He's probably seen worst. But yeah Nick's actions are reprehensible but they also make him a shitty client to defend because every time he opened his mouth he hurt his case and if I was a attorney I too would have been like nah fuck this guy.
More Jamaican dick? More ugly tattoos? More naked Twister? As regards the latter, I think he misses ol’ Toe. I feel like Aaron might be right about one thing, I think Nick is genuinely heartbroken over him. He acts like SUCH a passive aggressive BPD ex-girlfriend.He should have done more what? More cocaine? More bad things? More. . .something so incredibly bad we have a separate thread for speculating about it? I'm not understanding what he's getting at here.

No, but much like Baked, Nick would suck all the dicks and spread his Hank Hill-esque ass cheeks wide for any and all cummers inside the pokey. Nick would get run on like a mile long train hauling coal.Didn't baked Alaska do this
I know youre reading this rekieta, you faggot, wheres my god damn 5k locals gift.
Why would you say that? He's the kind of jerkoff who would ignore your advice and do dumb shit that could get you in trouble for just defending him, because he doesn't even understand what he's doing.
He's like that insecure girl who befriends "ugly" ones to make herself feel better.I think it's likely that Nick enjoys the company of other reprobates because it makes him feel slightly better in comparison. Doesn't hurt that losers and creeps will circle the wagon in order to allow their continued evil.
Yeah, but lawyers also like to win.Lawyers literally defend guilty people all the time. Guilty of horror stuff. It's their job.
I am SHOCKED that Nick thinks a pedophile lusting over a child and obsessively talking about how much they want to rape them actually just cares more about them than their father does. I can't believe this is the same guy who has a 9 year old "favorite" daughter that has night terrors and violent outbursts. It's incredible that he has induced a drug dependency in this same daughter for unknown purposes. So fucking weird. Funny even.
IANAL, but: My understanding is that prosecutors tend to go for the charges they think they can win without a lot of effort or time rather than every single instance of criminal activity. I suspect being unable to prove how the child came to ingest cocaine played some part in the decision not to prosecute for it.And WHY wasn't there another charge added after the result?

That's the problem with performative introspection, he knows he's supposed to look like hes learning valuable life lessons. He probably does wish he did things differently. Like eject his used up wife and stupid fucking liability kids, really committed to the hedonistic lifestyle without all those pesky obligations like showing up for church, acting interested in your kids.He should have done more what? More cocaine? More bad things? More. . .something so incredibly bad we have a separate thread for speculating about it? I'm not understanding what he's getting at here.
The first part closely echoes something Louis once said in an interview (except all indications are that Louis actually believed it) and it makes me suspect that it's being said at the prompting of Celeste, possibly to rebut the assertions that she is bailing Nick out (not that it's a believable rebuttal)."It's God's money. I don't need it bc I'll always be fine. I learned how to take care of my family long ago."
Three sentences: three entirely independent ways Nick is a liar, both to others and to himself.
Efficient Delusion Award of the day.
Classic narc.
nick the nonceYes.
Nick finds the paricular "attention" Melton wants to give Aaron's daughter hilarious.
Because he's a piece of shit, and a sorry excuse for a father.
For sure they do, and I'm just venting here... but it's still insanity to me.IANAL, but: My understanding is that prosecutors tend to go for the charges they think they can win without a lot of effort or time rather than every single instance of criminal activity. Nick's ticked off attending a substance abuse programme. He can admit past cocaine use with impunity now and still maintain that he's not an addict. While I wouldn't be surprised by a plea acceptance at this point, as he could still keep the lie going saying that he "HAD to do it" as others have said already, but I'm a little surprised by the actual admission that the coke did in fact go up his large nose.
