How much does that cost to replace? It would require going to the mechanic I assume but could you replace/fix it with a liquid seal or do you need an OEM head gasket?
My engine head gasket is fine.
After I drain all of the liquid out of my cooling system, there will be air bubbles stuck in the engine and they need to be burped out of the engine.
If you use a funnel that will fit tightly or snugly into the radiator cap opening, and then you add water until the water is towards the middle of the funnel and you run the engine like that for about 30 minutes you're going to see that air bubbles come out of the engine but then they stop coming out.
When you drain all of the coolant out of your system, you must understand that your system is now filled with Air instead of water or antifreeze.. the best way to bleed this air out is to stick a funnel that fits snugly into your radiator cap hole and just let it run for 30 minutes preferably if you can jack up the front of the car you should do that tilt the car up because air goes up. This burping process may not be bypassed it is a required procedure.
If you don't burp out those air bubbles, then they will form a large air pocket that will form a gridlock for your cooling system and the car will overheat.
My car has now been running for greater than 18 hours since I last opened my radiator cap.. if my car needed a head gasket, my car could not run for 18 hours.
The manufacturer recommended thermostat for this car's cooling system is a 195 degree thermostat, but I chose to use a 160 degree thermostat which causes my car to run even cooler than the normal temperature.
It is my personal preference that the temperature of my car's engine not be held at 195 degrees, which is getting very close to the temperature of boiling which is somewhere around 212 or something like that.. I definitely want my car to run at the lower temperature of 160 degrees.
The temperature gauge on my car is broken into cold at the bottom and hot at the top, most cars of this manufacturer brands run at 50% on the temperature gauge when they are set up and running properly.
My car idles at about 16% on the temperature gauge and runs on the freeway right at 25%.

I am no longer losing water from my cooling system because I put two hose clamps where it was recommended to use one. I doubled up on the hose clamps and I bought extra heavy duty hose clamps.
And then I properly bled out the system using a common funnel, which accomplished pretty much the same thing that you can do using the harbor freight funnel package that you will see in the video below..
Edit: I have been sitting here idling for about 2 hours now and I'm running at about 18% or 20% on my temperature gauge.

It is a common mistake that amateurs make to assume that when you see air bubbles coming out of the radiator that that is an indication that you have a bad head gasket.
If you have just finished draining your entire cooling system of all liquid and then refilled it, you will have air stuck in little places throughout the engine..
If you were to have air bubbles in various places in the radiator and then they were to gather at the top of the radiator for example or in the water pump, this would create a gridlock in your cooling system and you will think you have a major problem.. if the air pocket gets wrapped around your water pump, you might think that you have a bad water pump and then have to spend $1,500 to replace the water pump, when in reality you did not have a bad water pump but instead you had air bubbles that formed a pocket around the water pump. Note: a car's water pump probably will get stuck if it's inside of a pocket of air, similar to a car that is spinning its wheels in mud.
One possible way to get the air out of the engine after refilling the cooling system is to put a funnel into the radiator cap opening and then fill the funnel with water above the level of the radiator and just let the car run for 30 minutes and the bubbles will come out on their own.
Please note that my car's cooling system is operating absolutely properly 100%. My car is cooling better than the manufacturer's settings would have done..
