I play World of Warships and used to play WoT a lot a few years ago and Phil would straight up not be able to handle the game. He would have no understanding of angling and how it works and his usual tactic of smashing his head against a wall until the wall breaks would just not work, even if he played co-op mode against bots.

Yeah that's true now seeing as the game is pretty stagnant and the top tiers are for two kinds of players the tourists in rentals and the lifers but if by some chance he got a press account with everything and was playing tiers 9 and 10 he'd probably pick something easy mode like the German heavies or the T95 a slow heavily armored in the front oh and if he was a beta tester he would've been one of the scumbags that ruined the early game when they released the type 59 and games were 10 chink t54 clones in each side bursting cause there was no real physics in the game.

There was a particular rant I remember from a while back that he went on because someone tipped and said something like "I tipped, so you owe me a response". He ranted for a while that tips are not transactional, and that you give him money and, if he feels like it, he will do shout outs, dress up, etc. So, you should just give him money and not expect anything in return.

Incorrect. Phil views friendship as a business transaction. If KC was streaming to 21 people, phil would have 0 interest in them. But since they got major paypigs and do their own form of begging, phil wants in on that. We saw this with Rambo and Howard. It was all about making money.
Both are true. Phil sees his relationship with the Kino Casino crew as good for his business and he also sees them as his friends. If this was solely about money he would not be spending his free time hanging out in the Kino Kick chat trying to get Senpai to notice him.
Classic example of sour grapes. He only said all of that as cope because no one wanted to be his friend. At this point I'm pretty convinced he's never had a real friend in his life, and wouldn't recognize it if he had the opportunity. That's why he really got hurt over the way that things went with SideScrollers. He thought that he'd finally found some.
He also expects to hit the goal before the prestream even starts. "Guys, let's get some support and hit this goal so we don't have to worry all stream".
