Even if he anticipates being offered a plea deal, incriminating yourself in public feels like a brutally idiotic move to make.

Also, Mersh hinted that there's already a coordinated effort being formed to rehabilitate Nick Rekieta's public image by launching a dogpile against Aaron Imholte in order to make him into the greater villain of the two, adding that Nick Rekieta is "actually likeable" and that no one cares about neglecting his starving, stinky children. The full clip is an hour, but he lays it out so specifically that it has to be something that's being discussed behind the scenes.

L | PreserveTube is taking forever, will edit in when done

Everyone has opened on how retarded this is, o I'll just add that Nick's career got started by punching down on less likeable people like Maddox, Greer, and the KickVic people. Perhaps he is trying to recapture that dynamic.

It's hard to know whether any of his retarded behavior at this point is due to new substances he's abusing, or if it's because of the giant holes in his brain that got bored out by cocaine and RFK-style brainworms

What about DUI guy? I know he offered to help Nick, but was there actually any lawyer/client relationship established there that would prevent him sharing information with someone like Mindset?

He rescinded an offer to represent Nick pro bono (chronologically) after a child tested positive for cocaine. In the last 2 days, he has clarified that he did so because Nick's case got more complex than he thought he could handle pro bono, but speculation ITT exists that he was disgusted by the developing story.

Isn't another possibility that the super secret source doesn't exist?

The most likely, actually. I did poorly communicating that I was speaking hypothetically.

He also talked about using MDMA.

Yes, ND he talked about how much he hated weed because it clouded his mental faculties and he wanted to be mentally sharp...

Ending as it began, with Ronversations with Rackets, in a deposition asking about dumb tweets. As above, so below.

This would be hilarious! I eagerly awaiting the next developments in his defamation suit.

You meant GBH/GBL?
It's alcohol without the nausea and hangover. Nobody prescribes that shit and the opposite of what you'd want for narcolepsy.
It's GHB. GBL is a precursor (and a nasty tasting one at that). Don't ask me how I know.

Also, bullshit on nausea/hangover. That drug has a serious dose-curve where you're either on cloud 9 or if you take a half a milligram too much you're puking your guts out. Would not recommend. Also, chronic use will cause benzo-like withdrawals. Again, don't ask me how I know.

I do agree though that Nick isn't getting that shit prescribed, no doctor in their right mind would write a Rx for it given its abuse profile.

When John "Brianna Wu" Flynt is shitting on you like this, it's time to check yourself into rehab and admit you need help.
Imagine getting owned by a Troon and LOSING. I sure couldn't. Seriously though that is a good roast if I excuse my own bias. Lol lmao.

It was weighted with the plastic bags....remove them and maybe you could get below 25g.
Ziplock bags weight nowhere near the ~1 gram needed to put it below 25g. Still a better idea than challenging the arrest warrant with what amounted to Chewbacca Defense.
@mailfrawd
Read up a bit and you're right, I'd never guess it works for narcolepsy. Thanks for the info, I know why you know ;).

It's called Xyrem, and it's heavily controlled, with it only being shipped from one pharmacy in the US, and delivered via FedEx.

There's also a lesser-sodium alternative that works just as well called Xywav.

It sounds counter intuitive, but it works great for narcolepsy, and (if used correctly) would be out of someone's system by the time they took an Adderall (assuming it's also used correctly).

Wonder how possible it was to challenge the weight of coke found so to knock it down below 25 grams?

It was IMO the best route Nick's side had in fighting the case. But you need a good attorney and the money to hire technical expertise and an expert witness to push the argument. Things Nick does not have.

Even if winning on the point was no sure thing, making a strong fight on the point could be used as a basis for getting a better deal from prosecutors. Fighting over weight is something juries and even judges can somewhat understand.

Doing better than Balldo with what he had is as simple as not giving cocaine to children, and if you want to be really extra good, you can choose not to do cocaine yourself, or at least not to the point of having a pill stream.

Going all in on on the "just kidding" strategy, just like buddy Melton.

Field weight vs lab weight are going to vary and the weight of the bag needs to be taken into account. Possible, I guess.

There are sketchy doctors everywhere and Nick's money has probably given him access to them over the years. It doesn't seem like Nick's type of drug, and he could probably score it off the street more easily, but I wouldn't discount the possibility of a sketchy doctor prescribing it entirely. He's claimed to have narcolepsy to his audience for years, for seemingly no reason.

Rekieta is cherry-picking some legal advice for Melton on Twitter right now. It's funny to me that most of Rekieta's thoughts seem to revolve around Aaron drama at the moment.

He also keeps hinting that he has so many stories to tell. Like the REAL story about his case that he never told:

EDIT: He also admits that he's done cocaine. I'd say we can be certain that some deal was made now.

God specifically made Rekieta's massive beak so that he could snort cocaine better.

Speaking of God, Rackets could make an argument that since we're living in the future of Middle Earth, and since Eru directly intervened at Orodruin and prodded Gollum in the volcano, it's possible God prodded the coke scales down juuust enough to push it over the limit because He has personal vendetta against Nick. Cite Lord of the Rings and Silmarillon as sources, why not. Then, with a poker face, call God as a witness during a hearing of this clown motion.
IMO better chances of success than Watermark Defense and judge's response would make hell of material for a stream.

It's mostly a drug for gay chemsex parties. It's a benzo in liquid form pretty much, why use that when he could easily get a doc to prescribe him Ambien?
