I'll never skip a chance to shit on Blue Origin - They're such a joke that their currently operational rocket isn't even orbital capable. The current rocket they use for their tourist trips is only suborbital capable, couldn't launch a satellite into an orbit if they wanted to. They've been trying to develop an orbit capable rocket for almost a decade now, and it keeps getting pushed back over and over for issues, something like four years of delays now, just to a first flight attempt. All that, for a (currently outdated and down-negotiated) hopeful launch price of $68m, compared to $70m to launch on a Falcon 9. Nobody is going to risk a hundred-million dollar satellite deployment on a brand new rocket to save 2 mil.

Its a stupid program from someone who's philosophy towards the space is simply too far behind that of the market leaders.

What's wrong with wanting strong, loyal generals?

It implies you want a strong, capable, functional military, which means its not browbeat cucks and pronoun admirals. Worse off, it might even be masculine and conservative, can't allow that to happen.

The vast majority of my extended family is staunchly conservative with a few outlier liberals and we've had an official ceasefire on the topic while in the company of mixed political views for decades now.

Primarily the US of course (The Mexican military has also been caught several times selling weaponry to the cartels), but they are always releasing videos and pics of them flexing exotic weaponry from around the world. I've never seen a Javelin or anything like that though. Showing off or using that kind of weaponry would draw the kind of intense scrutiny cartels always want to avoid (aka American scrutiny). I doubt even Ukraine is dumb enough to sell Javelins and stuff like that to cartels because of the liklihood of some dumbfuck actually using them or at least posting pics of them on instagram
