Not so far as ordering them to go to a mental asylum, but there has been times when they've basically said that the lawyer didn't know know how to write a proper sentence and that there writing was complete gibberish and should go back to high school. I think the lawyer in question was David Glassor. Same judge that ordered to lawyer who couldn't agree on a simple matter to go to a neutral spot and play a game of rock, paper, scissors.

Perhaps he is teachable after all. I have to say I think Zell's past couple filings have been pretty darn solid. At the very least, he sounds like a typical pro-se litigant - not a legal expert, but at least reasonably respectful and sane.
