they are going home. for anyone that doesn't know, the Neocons were originally actually marxists. trotskyists specifically. the arch neocon was Irving Kristol (daddy of bill) who was a part of the young peoples socialist league in NYC and later the NY intellectuals. being Trotskyists they were very opposed to the USSR and left the DNC when that party started warming up to the soviets in the 1970s.

Neo con was a slur given to them by the new democrats that they adopted as their own. they. were. commies.

I don't know Jack shit about Tony's standup but Kill Tony is infinitely more entertaining than any late night show post Norm era SNL. The Trump Biden show was some of the funniest shit I've seen in decades.

why assume he's placating? If he was placating he would have acceded to the demands of kamala for it to be scripted. He only benefits by hosting a 3 hour kamala meltdown, making her look bad.
