Rick continuing to prove he's never done anything remotely physically stressful. Even if he could consistently make that shot on a range (which I do not for a second believe he could), making a shot on a nice safe range, and making a shot under highly stressful situation, like say climbing onto a roof, under the eyes of LEOs and the Secret Service, to shoot at the forme President of the United States, is a different thing.

I saw more than one soldier who went from hot shit on the range to barely able to hit the literal broadside of a barn once in a real firefight with the fear and the adrenaline flowing. Most got over it with time and repetition, something some random fucking kid isn't gonna have.
