Southern New Hampshire. Take a look at the two congressional districts.

District 1 contains:
- Portsmouth — this is where the wealthy Massachusetts transplants live.
- Manchester — your standard blue post-industrial shithole.

District 2 contains:
- Nashua — a FOB for Massachusetts residents.
- Concord — the capital of New Hampshire.

That alone is enough blue to for Democratic candidates to win national office.

The wealthier folks coming in from Massachusetts used to understand why they left, but that doesn’t tend to last forever.

Yeah. Based on the locations they chose, it seems likely a leftist is trying to burn ballots from conservative districts. That's the state of their morale. They think they're going to lose in Oregon and Washington.

Vancouver itself is considerably more D-leaning than Clark County as a whole, plus a lot of the border-hoppers are still Ds, just don't want to put up with Portland's combo of crime+cost anymore.
