Complete outsider here, but I'm thinking the only real way to ensure Colorado swings back would be to completely destroy the resort industry in that state, as that's what attracted the West and East Coast blue locusts in the first place as well as the other problematic demographics that allow Dems to gain a stronghold (ie third world workers the hotels and others pay pennies on the dollar and have to rely on gibs to survive).

Obviously, the second option is worse in my eyes. Now, I'm thinking: are the ten guilty men guilty of the same convicted crime? What is the crime in question? If one innocent is accused against ten guilty and all eleven go free, that's a miscarriage of justice in my opinion.

Fuck, after work today I was bullshitting with an old coworker that's retired and he kept insisting on the 'we need to import them for work because americans won't work for those wages' and I wanted to shout at him that the solution isn't to suppress wage growth via that underclass.

Whether you'd get accepted or not then would depend on whether the attorney thought your sentiment would help or hurt the case and if they were willing to burn a dismissal on you or if you got pulled and weren't dismissed. Like I said there isn't a right or wrong answer, but it's important for someone to be able to think abstractly about it whether they think an innocent being wrongly convicted is worse or more preferable to guilty going free. And in your case you are thinking about it probably from "well if 10 guys are accused and guilty of terrorism and one guy is wrongly accused of petty theft let the petty theft guy sit for a year and save the country" type logic where the level of crime matters - sadly Daniel Penny will probably be tried by a bunch of barely sentient retards who just saw on the news he choked someone out and won't think beyond that or ask themselves what the value of the innocent lives on that train was vs the one violent scumbag he choked.

Which height has nothing to do with. Someone who is 5’7" can be in just as good shape as someone who is 5'9". Look what the winners of practical shooting matches look like. They’re not football players.
Also consider Biathlon, which requires comparable endurance to a soldier. These guys are not huge. I invite anyone with combat experience to give their own opinion on how height and weight has affected their abilities as a soldier in combat.
Women are far more physically different than men in more than just height and weight. Their body is a drastically different composition from a man. A man and woman of roughly the same size will perform very differently. This is why there is such a big difference in combat performance from women compared to men. It’s not because of their size.

It's not even a real cop, it's "emergency services" and they're claiming the right to shut down the line for safety reasons at 2:30 PM. Polling stations are open by law until 8 PM, but if you're not allowed to go into them for safety reasons, oh well, TEE HEE.

This isn't that rare with negros. I work with a negro who is into all kindsa whacky shit, believes in absolute insane shit but is 100% correct on obscure shit 99% of people don't know anything about. I think it's a result of the internet genuinely being a different thing for niggos. As in their knowledge of the internet is filtered through a negroid lense and as such they get led to places most people wouldn't.
