I think Binx is the most in a position to truly capitalize from FT fame, as we know this is really a streamer show to get people's streamer careers started, but most contestants fizzle out and fade away. Binx has been streaming for about a year now already, while she doesn't have an audience at all, 10 average viewers at any given time according to her, she does know how to keep a streamer's schedule, she knows how to mix up content for different types of fans, and most importantly she already has the ability to stream consistently, which is what kills most of the post-FT careers. As long as she can handle the FT fans, and stick around the tank enough, I think she can do all right for herself, certainly a big step up from where she is now in complete obscurity.

Jet is the showrunner, still. He's just clearly accepted that Ben is better at doing the Fish-facing side of production, so is staying off-camera and running it from there.

Fishtank as a concept is his entire invention, and every season has been a major financial success, so there's no logic to him being removed. Clearly Ben has more responsibility now, and deservedly so, but this whole thing is Jet's show.

So far, Season 3 is on par with Season 1 for me. And it's only going to get better when they eventually drop the hammer and start the usual antics. I can only imagine what they have in store for the Fish, they haven't fucked with them at all besides the overarching gaslight. Just imagine what kind of activities can be done in 9000sqft.
