I need to stress this especially before election day. They have -always- done things like this. This shit has -always- been going on. You are now just paying attention and the right now is actively looking and they have a platform to post it on where it is not immediately buried.
Before 2020 people would have been told the line is a safety concern, gone "Drat, well I'll come later" and seen the foreign nations being bussed in and assume its just helping new citizens. Because the mental gymnastics was easier to swallow than accepting that the system is corrupt.
Now, I do expect a higher rate this go around but so far it has all been tried and true tactics they -have always used-
If it holds outside of Arizona expect to suddenly see Trump not only not have resistance to the wall but to see him blamed for it all. Honestly this -should- be a wake up call, though I doubt it will be.

I have no doubt it's just a ploy by Ohio Dems to control redistricting, it's been their number one issue for decades. They shit a brick over the last redistricting and that one cleaned up a lot of questionable layouts and was generally pretty fair. Ohio's has done hard for Trump over the last eight years and they've not taken that well, but it's their own fault for being retarded. Also, the money behind the campaign for this new committee is all Democrat and Progressive, ACLU and other groups. It's definitely a bad faith effort.
When I early voted on Monday, I had business on the Eastside of Cincy, so I drove through Linwood, Mt. Lookout, and some of the "money" areas of the city. It was the first time I saw large number of Harris signs, but there were a surprising number of Trump ones mixed in. Hamilton county is blue, but it was lighter blue than normal last time around. I'm not worried about Ohio, but if Cincy somehow flips red, that would be pretty cool. The seething would bee epic and I'm here for it.

Catching up from last night, re: the text messages of "we know that you voted..." came from an org that got my antennae activated.
I commented back in the old election thread with screenshots of the following but too lazy to search it out rn:
This org (actually an affiliate, acronym of VIB or something akin to that) sent out applications for mail-in ballots to everyone, unsolicited, back in 2020. I checked the website and found that they were aligned with Dems only because I had to really dig. Then I checked the Election Commission website and noted they were listed as a partner for MIBs. I went off on them via email, saying that they are working with a partisan organization and that is unacceptable. They replied, saying they don't endorse them, I said just having them as a "partner" on their website is endorsement enough ffs. Stop being obtuse.
This year? No preprinted forms, no unsolicited requests for MIB, nada. The pandemic really let them get away with so much shit, we'll never know the true extent of how they fucked around (and are STILL trying, in PA).
The parking lot for our polling place has had the parking lot half full every day of early voting, and we are in a dem city. We're only blocks away so we're voting in person no matter what.

Have always traditionally waited for Election Day or the day before to vote, but now absolutely not.
Have a horrible feeling there might be a happening or attack (from within America) right before or on Election Day, so going today.
The anti fa street squad or whatever is toothless here, they only have what the local police gives them as far as tolerance, but the police will start arresting people and pepper spray/tear gas as needed, mostly worried about other places.
Portland is going to burn, the crazies there will set up another CHAZ and the police will shrug.

Even if he were up by sixteen points I would still assume they're going to try to cheat and drag out the counting until they've somehow found enough.
