Betting the farm on a live service game in 2024 is like trying to launch an MMO in the mid-00s. If you get lucky (or have the funds to wait it out) it can make you fantastically rich, but it's much, much more likely you're going out of business no matter how good your game is.

Regardless of the legitimacy of this post ,Veilguard is shilled by the gaming journo class solely for the reason it's weird transgender worship and see themselves ideologically tied to EA. They want the game to sell well and appeal to the original fans and know highlighting the surgical top scars will hurt sales. Memo or no they all think the same and have the same motivations.
