The garage isn't missing because it's a duplex. One used to exist, but the previous owner had to tear it down before it fell down on its own. Pat has been contemplating rebuilding it for six years now. Kind of the same way he's been contemplating fencing in his back yard. Welp, I guess he should have gotten on top of that instead of tweeting from the beach (no really child, it's the last time, except for the next time)I am baffled that neither of his motorcycles have been stolen by this point. And not as a prank by the pests but legitimately taken by thieves. I understand the cutout is open because it’s a duplex, but they aren’t renting out the other half and anyone from AirBnB would just park on the street, so just build a fucking garage.
I tried to find out whether a garage is being figured in to his property's assessed value, since it'd be pretty funny if he was paying property tax for an outbuilding that doesn't exist. I couldn't find a conclusive answer online, but I did accidentally stumble across this gem. I think it's been posted before, back when the backward fence saga was unfolding. But it looks like Pat's "neighbors" have lodged a few more complaints since then...
