Personally I am happy to have a discussion with you but a lot of what you're saying doesn't make sense as you're just complaining about certain words used in posts and not about politics. People don't like when do that, hence the response with slurs or personal insults. As you say yourself you are here to "poke fun at people" so what do you expect in response?

Their limited world view left us with only those two options. I've never been on /pol/ or 4chan, I just liked Bernie and was told I'm a sexist Nazi for it and I ended up here with all of the other normal people who were called Nazis. There are more people who were kicked out of polite society now than are still in it, and we've been hanging out comparing notes for eight years. If I were one of the people who was doing all of that ostracizing I'd be trying to doompost us to death too, it must be scary to picture all of that hate they threw at us ready to come back at them.

I don't think that telephone has even posted in here before. I don't even think Cynicaller has even lurked that much beyond the past few pages. If it's a troll, it's done a very good job drawing aggro.

I have never posted on pol in my life. The last time I was on 4chan, operation clambake was still gaining traction.

Dude joined 8 months ago and has only about 100 messages, with a strange spread. Possibly he was just activated for trolling. I can't believe his stance is from a place of good faith, we all learned a long time ago that playing nice just gets a knife in your back at the first jump. Survival requires a degree of ruthlessness.

It's only going to get worse as the big day approaches and everyone over analyzes every little thing that happens, news article or poll. Unless it's a total blowout on the night of (please!), it's going to be a lot of stress, people freaking the fuck out and the mods will probably want to hang themselves by midnight. What's going to be especially bad is people using the thread as a chat box in lieu of Sneedchat and the reposting (already at alarming levels) will be out of control.

Some of you guys are alright. Don't log on to Kiwi Farms on election night.
