Wait am I misremembering, but didn't they do a segmented hair test? I.e. show drug use over time? So what's the betting that Nick only wanted that "counter-test" properly once she clearly was out of the window of exposure being most reliable (is it over 3 months for kids? Can't remember). Or more likely, he didn't want to risk it in the first place at any independent testing place where he couldn't rescind the results like his own test, and is only crowing about it now.

This claim is new and its almost certainly not true. Nick claims that because he didn't have custody of his daughter, him getting a different drug test done by a different entity to deny or confirm the result was impossible. CPS and the court in this type of situation would have worked with him to get whatever tests he thought were necessary done.

To me, that affirms that he knows that the test result was correct, he knew why it was correct and that he knew it was so correct that he was unwilling to risk further testing lest it confirm the earlier test results he wants to dispute.

That he now spends every moment of every day just screaming nonsense at the internet kind of shows how bad things inside the house must be. He also so messed up that streaming isn't even possible anymore.

Next steps would seem to be a health crisis, a self-harm attempt or the woman both walking away from him to leave him alone screaming in the dark.

All of his talk about contesting the results was referring to that (((specialist))) to prove the tests were flawed then LMAO. I could swear he would´ve at least asked for a retest in a timely manner but he was just fishing for some quack to deboonk testing. God, he is such a fuck up...

This lady’s interview was fantastic. She shared that she herself was a child of a drug addict, and at the end she said that from her experience, Nick’s kids know way more than he thinks. At 7, she knew when threesomes were going on. She said kids are curious and eavesdrop to know what’s going on. And if he thinks he’s keeping them from what he’s up to, he’s wrong. Those poor kids. EDIT to add: I anticipated this might finally happen, so I kept checking this past week (including yesterday), and it flipped over to Not Authorized today.

He's probably got the money, so I think it's the CLE credits that fucked him. Somebody pointed out earlier they were due this year.

(However, if you'd like a good alternate theory, where CLE credits weren't the main issue, see here).
