I wouldn't get too tied down in details though. I just wanted to point out what makes this year different from last. The fact is he blew it for one reason or another. The "official" reason being non-payment of fees.

This is kinda a big deal, because nobody should take legal advice from Nick, nor should Nick be dispensing legal advice from this day forward.

Its this, alongside a whole bunch of other tells people are picking up on, that are signs of clear cognitive impairment and paint a pretty grim picture of the damage Nick has (and is continuing) to do to his brain.

Now yeah, theres people leaning into it, but jokes aside, Rekieta is showing the signs of someone with distinct cognitive decline and impairment, his rambling, incoherent speech patterns, and just off feeling, uncanny valley like interactions when he's trying to banter back with shit posters, would be worrying and concerning to me if Nick was someone I cared about.
As it is its just funny to speculate how much worse this fucking backbirth is going to make himself to "own the haydurs".

This is a dude who was the biggest streamer on YouTube, was part of Netflix documentaries, and who other, actually competant and talented genuine lawyers, not just posers with a framed degree from Night School, would volunteer time to come on his show for exposure, and now look at him. A bitter, seething drunk and drug addict who fucked up so badly and so publically the Government he hates had to step in to make sure his poor kids were being clothed and fed.
A permanently ass mad, coping alcoholic whose only "content" is random cope streams he fires up with very little notice in the middle of the night from a filthy kitchen, where he curses out all the former associates who had the sense to get off a sinking ship and he tries to convince himself that "as a matter of fact it is YOU who are all wrong".

This dork is finished. The Iceberg is half a mile behind us, the ships ass is in the air, and we're just watching to see wether it's gonna slide beneath the waves intact, or have one last dramatic break down on its way to the bottom.
