When the Covid lockdown happened, various social media sites and Discord spiked in popularity and forced people to be chronically online since there wasn't any other way of communicating. While it is true that groups like these existed way before that (see: /222/ crew, a shitposting group turned "ironic" pedos") I 100% believe that COVID had completely destroyed people's brains and allowed many younger people to be sucked into those groups, this could also explain why this kind of shit started popping up so massively after the lockdown. Reading @Azumanga's testimony from the OP, it seems like he suffered a similar fate, a young impressionable teen who got sucked into the wrong crowd, but he's still a massive faggot who endorsed a pedophile and decided to proudly say that he's one of them when confronted meaning he's completely unwilling to change and is only upset because he got doxxed

I always thought it was a strange and very intentional addition to these videos, and this further reinforces my suspisions. "Klasky Csupo Nightmares" is where all of this begins. The first videos were made circa 2014, but have picked up a lot recently in the last year or so. Most famously the bumper is associated with Rugrats and some other late 90s and early 2000s Nicktoons.

The edits themselves seem harmless at first but the further you go, you'll find dismemberment and gore, and more disturbing things targeted at children by using other visuals from almost entirely other children's media. These videos are able to be seen on Youtube Kids because Klasky Csupo is associated with children's cartoons and the retards at Youtube aren't seeing the trend. And these videos have high watch numbers, they get suggested pretty easily. Like I said, it's another iteration of the Elsagate shit.
