I mean if it's a wanted pregnancy and the baby is still alive, I'd want the doctor to take it out in one piece and try saving its life. If it's already dead, that's not an abortion and it's absurd to pretend otherwise.

It seems recently more women who have suffered a miscarriage are left to die by activist doctors who want to get into the news. You know, it's for the greater good, like harvesting the organs of a young adult you drugged into a coma.
