Thing is DA 2, whilst being still being shit, is better than Inquisition. It has less gay in it. It has a better story. It isn't as padded out with filler quests and poitnless "exploration for exploration sake". The character from 2 are more memorable than the characters from Inquisition, because Inquisition was filled with characters who's sole purpose was to fulfill tropes. Inquisition still had the same style of combat from 2, it wasn't a return to RPG mechanics, if anything it leaned more heavily into Action RPG continuing on from the "Push button! Stuff happens" bullshit that made DA 2 divisive. The only thing I can say that Inquisition did better was not recycle maps as much as DA 2 did.
I am all for ripping and shitting on Dragon Age 2. But the fact Razor was positive about Inquisition when it committed the same sins, but was bland, boring and chock full of SJW characters on top of that is fucking sus. I get game reviews are "subjective" but people should atleast be consistent in their subjective opinion if they're going to review things.
Dragon Age Inquisition had more RPG stats and systems, and so, it was more like DnD than DA2, which explains why Razorfist loves it more. He doesn't give a fuck if it has a better story or more memorable characters, all he cares about is playing a virtual DnD game, and Inquisition scratched that particular itch for him. His definition of a good RPG is one that sticks strictly to DnD, so the closer it is to DnD, the better it is in his eyes.
You can take a game like Skyrim and make it be more like DnD in the gameplay and leveling-up system, and Razorfist would consider it a perfect game.
Has he said anything about the latest Dragon Age? Wouldn't be surprised to see him suck it off just because it's a Western RPG, despite it being a shitty pozzed game. Inquisition is pozzed enough, and that came out back in 2014, during the early phase of the leftist menace that began infecting the industry. Bioware has outdone themselves on the faggotry meter with the recently released Dragon Age. Now, with gender pronouns and the option to be a tranny. If Razorfag praises Veilguard, then we'll know for sure the guy has no conviction in any of his beliefs.
If it has enough DnD stat-building systems, Razorfist will praise it. He already praised Baldur's Gate 3, and that game was pozzed as hell.
Not to mention one of Razorfist's literary idols is Elric author Michael Moorcock, who's about as woke as a Gay Pride Parade that joined up with an HR department, since Moorcock lambasted Tolkien for making fiction that was comfort food for religious conservatives, and Moorcock also despised fiction like the Gor novels that portrayed women who enjoyed things like bondage and sexual domination by men. The author of Razorfist's beloved Elric Saga literally gets mad that people make fiction that either appeal to religious conservatives, or fiction that implies women enjoy having a fun time with kinky stuff. Moorcock is the literal definition of ''stop having fun, guys'', yet Razor can't stop singing the praises of Moorcock's Elric Saga and how the mean nasty Andrej Sapkowski ripped it off for The Witcher.
So it doesn't matter to Razorfist if something is woke, so long as it matches his tastes, he'll praise it to high heaven. This has been proven more than once, and if Veilguard brings in enough DnD-style gameplay and systems, Razorfist will consider it to be a good game and defend it from the naysayers.
