IANAL - what does continuing education look like for attorneys in MN? Registered architects have to do a certain number of continuing education credits per year also (at least in my state), but the “continuing education” is typically just sitting in on an appropriately accredited zoom call and then signing a form to say you were there.

If it’s just a matter of leaving a call running in the background while he does another line of blow off of April’s shitty tattoos, maybe he did actually get the CLE portion out of the way.

"I AM A REAL LAWYER!" The little prince shouted as he stomped his feet.

Little Lord Balldo has been excluded from Ralph's election night guest list. Look at the people he did include, Rekieta is now lower than all of them in Ralph's estimation:

I gave it shot. According to a language model, this is the translation for "the cursed man dies eternally", but I can change it easily enough. I haven't done the back yet.

Those eyes man. Those fucking eyes. I can feel the danger. I can feel the balldo gazing upon me when I look away.

The coin should be gold since silver is associated with purity while gold is associated with corruption.

Nick talks about it here:
It doesn't sound very demanding.

Yeah and to be honest what he teases rarely leads to something.

I'm not sure if that's because he is a retard and misread things or if he does it intentionally.
Pretty much everything he's said since the Kino Casino interview has checked out. It's unlikely that he's suddenly making shit up, at worst he's exaggerating or being fed bad info; he's also limited in what he can say due to his own ongoing legal issues. And it wouldn't be at all surprising if Nick's situation is worse than the publicly available info suggests. It would help explain the recent flailing.

How could he not be when he needs to keep tabs on Aaron's cryptic IRL-vagueposting about Nick's greatest fear that continued yet again in his show this morning. Continuing themes from the big news in July that Aaron "can't say" but that will "make you so angry at the three of them, especially the kid part of it" and the big news Aaron learned of last Wednesday afternoon that got him so "shook" and "out of sorts" yet "none of it [he] can talk about" (which sounds likely related to Nick's Locals minion resorting to at least one death threat that same week), now all of a sudden Aaron's teasing some great big news he just learned of "over the weekend" that could only be called "very tragic", adding that there would be "no point" to Nick "wasting the money" on reinstating his bar license because "some shit coming out" will just get the license taken away all over again anyway, but as usual he just plain can't talk about it (other than all the ways he just talked about it):
God I fucking hate this slimy cuck so fucking much. Both the Imhotes are just terrible people who deserve to be tided to the Crackieta family for all of time. Aaron's only saving grace is that 1. Nick, Kayla and April are worse people and 2. he makes Nick seethe uncontrollably.

hes really trying to get witness intimidation. This is like the fourth time he’s done the “stop talking about my case or I’ll expose you and ruin your life and tell how YOU WERE INVOLVED AND HOW YOU WORE THE BALLDO!”
I think a problem for witness intimidation is how often Aaron himself mentions Nick. Aaron is all too willing to tell embarrassing stuff about Nick.

Also, does Nick really believe Aaron is key there? I think Nick holds Aaron responsible for a large part of his current situation. Nick still maintains all that mandatory report stuff wasn't real. Kids clean and fed. The house wasn't a shit hole, it was just cluttered with laundry. Aaron has divulged all the details of his debauchery and made him a laughing stock. Not that he wasn't already. I doubt Nick can really believe Aaron caused him to be arrested.

So I think Nick is more blaming Aaron for his current PR situation than actually genuinely thinking Aaron is important to the case. Seething, basically, and expressing it how he can. Like a 12 year old boy.

So he is actually claiming never to have been a law channel and that his channel isn't law focused anymore? Really? The fucking name of the channel has Law in it and everything anyone has actually watched has been a legal case. When did he start claiming this?

Around the same time as he and his wife started putting bottles up their asses, started soliciting lewds from his audience and reviewing things like the Balldo. When people started complaining about the slide into degeneracy content, Nick's general response to tell them they were "autistic incel prudes" who were incapable of fun, were not total chad chick magnets like Nick and obviously were incapable of getting any woman.

Nick was also clear that if any of his viewers who didn't like his new direction should stop watching. And eventually they did.

Also, does Nick really believe Aaron is key there?

There is a whole argument related to Aaron in his legal filings to get the search warrant thrown out. Its a really bad argument, but Nick seems to really believe in it. I assume that he thinks he can eventually raise doubts about the probable cause due to Aaron's involvement and the more he fights with Aaron, I'm sure the better he thinks the argument will be.

Aaron is also in a tricky situation about what he can say about certain things due to the "revenge porn" case against him by Kayla. I'm sure the other part of Nick's 5-D plan is to bait Aaron into saying something gets him in more trouble with that case.

He's a non-practicing, non-authorized lawyer. Even The Gunt realized it.

He got angry at people telling him he's not a lawyer and to change his branding, so he sent in the fees + late fees + reactivation fee (?) to reactivate.

All so he could just continue to be non-practicing but lord the mere existence of a credential over people's heads. :story:

I will confess, the theory this might have been tied to him not completing CLE is apparently wrong, but I don't feel bad for suggesting that, because I said it was just a theory, and that's what caused me to check regularly and notice the change on the 1st.
I thought we cleared that up. Failing to report CLE will (eventually) put you into a different status of involuntarily restricted, as compared to (or also) not authorized/non-compliance. There is usually some lag time before invol restricted for CLE, unlike no compliant for fees.

He just paid wasted $300+ to reinstate his law license (I dunno the exact cost because were late fees, and possibly a reactivation fee).
FAQ:
What happens if I do not complete all the required steps and pay the annual fee by the due date?
If your annual registration fee is not received on or before the due date, you will be assessed a late penalty of $75. If the annual registration fee and late penalty payments are not received before the first day of the month following the due date, you will be placed on suspension for non-payment status on that date. Your right to practice law in Minnesota will be automatically suspended and you will be assessed a $100 reinstatement fee in addition to the late penalty.

Orrrrrr, bc he is special and likes to fight:

How do I request a fee waiver?
Lawyers may request a fee waiver by submitting a written request to the Lawyer Registration Office stating the basis for the request.
The Lawyer Registration Rules state:
“The Lawyer Registration Office may, in hardship cases, waive payment of delinquent lawyer registration fees, late penalties, and reinstatement fees.” (Rule 17)
The lawyer should include in the request for waiver sufficient information for the Lawyer Registration Office to make a determination. Factors that the Board office considers include the following:
  1. The diligence of the lawyer in resolving the issue;
  2. Whether there is a compelling reason for the lawyer’s delay, such as a serious medical condition that impacted timely filing, or other serious circumstance outside of the lawyer’s control;
  3. The reason for non-payment of fees;
  4. The compliance history of the lawyer;
  5. Whether financial hardship will result if the waiver is denied; and
  6. Whether the lawyer complied with the requirement to update the lawyer’s contact information with the Board office.
The initial determination is made by Board office staff. The lawyer may appeal the staff’s determination to the Director. The lawyer may appeal the Director’s determination to the Board of Continuing Legal Education (which oversees the Lawyer Registration Office’s functions) by submitting a written request within 10 business days of receipt of the Director’s determination.

45 hours every 3 years. If you're not in person, there are pop-ups that you have to click every so often (10/20/30 minutes-ish) that verify attendance. And providers will typically dock you 15-60 minutes of credit if you miss even one, depending on how they set it up/state requirements/their rules. Miss one in a 1-hour cle and you may wind up with nothing.

From FAQ:

What is required for CLE Compliance?

Minnesota-licensed lawyers on active status must report at least 45 continuing legal education (CLE) credit hours every three years.

Included in the 45 credit hours must be a minimum of 3 ethics or professional responsibility credit hours, a minimum of 2 elimination of bias credit hours, and a minimum of 1 mental health/substance use credit hour. Approved on-demand courses viewed and reported prior to Jan. 1, 2024, are subject to a 30-credit limit per 3-year reporting period. If the approved on-demand course was viewed and reported after January 1, 2024, and is to satisfy reporting requirements for reporting years 2024 and later, there is no credit cap.

Someone asked about getting a course accredited. It's an extensive process.

Hi, I'm not usually in here but I just want to say my English teacher assigned me a project on "tragic heroes in modern culture" and the very second those words rang out Instantly thought of this place, so I'm gonna base my project on Nick. I'll share my works when complete (all doxxing info omitted) while using this place as a source.
Not to discourage you (especially as that sounds pretty interesting), what exactly would make Nick a hero? The most heroic action Nick has ever taken was giving Vic Mignogna the chance to face the accusations which let Nick build a large chunk of his audience and got his family lawyer a rather juicy case.

Ralph got the coveted Wayne Lambright guest appearance, that definitely means Balldoman got bumped. Oh well maybe next election cycle he can make the cut.

Do all lolcows metamorphosize into either a troon, Ralph, or Patrick Tomlinson? I'd like some more diversity.
He already is both Fatrick (inability to stop engaging his "enemies", repeating the same message multiple times, denying obvious documented reality) and Ralph (neglecting his family, substance abuse, pillstream). Time for trooning out.
