"I AM A REAL LAWYER!" The little prince shouted as he stomped his feet.

Little Lord Balldo has been excluded from Ralph's election night guest list. Look at the people he did include, Rekieta is now lower than all of them in Ralph's estimation:

I think it's more likely that Nick distanced himself from Ralph than the other way around.

we're not even certain that Aaron will be called as a witness in the criminal case. He could only testify to what he observed when he was living in the home and that's not necessary to establish that drugs and firearms were in the home six weeks later. The evidence speaks for itself.

You say that like that's the one and only present case (or future case) in which Aaron would potentially testify. Why assume that in the first place?

that is also a trademark. no.

i do not want to commemorate a child abuser on a coin. stop asking for me to do more special shit for nick. like every week some dude tags me into this thread to ask for a special balldo xyz and I don't want any more nick shit on the site, he has an emote.
Off topic but if not a nick coin, then what? I don't know any other lolcow who fell as hard and as bad as nick this year.

Nick can have LotY and BMJ can have this year's coin. Simples.

Aaron's best option is to plead guilty to the misdemeanour charge in the revenge porn case and, unlike Nick, he's capable of following his lawyer's advice.

The CPS case is now about the extent to which Nick and Kayla have been compliant with CPS wishes and what they need to do from here on out. Aaron is irrelevant to those proceedings.

While Aaron hints that the throuple have done worse than we already know about it, he talks in terms of having learned or being told about that worse stuff, not having direct knowledge of it, so - again - it's not stuff he directly witnessed.

Not to discourage you (especially as that sounds pretty interesting), what exactly would make Nick a hero? The most heroic action Nick has ever taken was giving Vic Mignogna the chance to face the accusations which let Nick build a large chunk of his audience and got his family lawyer a rather juicy case.

I believe the Depp case trial coverage is probably where the idea that he was a public darling would come into play.

I like this idea. It also fits Austin's gambling motif.

Disagree. He'll disconnect from Ralph, but pal around with Melton? I mean, Ralph is scum, but so is Melton. I'm not gonna bother trying to figure out which is worse, since it's like comparing dog shit to pig shit.

Nick needs as many allies as he can get now, and he's in little position to be picky.

People here have noted that Juju has been deleting tweets, hasn't been responding to Nick on Twitter, and hasn't retweeted him, for a while now.

It's possible Camp Juju, which Ralph is very much part of, might be distancing itself from Nick.

I've long pointed out that Juju will give you the cold shoulder if you become a liability. He's the epitome of a "fair weather friend." There's memes about him mysterously suffering ailments if he's expected to show up somewhere where he thinks things might go fucky (like Ralph's live events).

Thus far, every time Juju has tried to go to bat for Nick, it hasn't worked out so well. It started with him mocking the Farms for pointing out how fucked up Nick was on the May 21st Cokestream (he deleted that Tweet). Then, one of the more recent things was him thinking he was gonna be able to celebrate the warrant being dismissed at the next Road Rage. He might genuinely be tired of taking Ls on this.

And if that is true, it's really funny, given how much Nick looks up to Juju. Suffah Balldo!

He started claiming it wasn't a law channel when he got banned from YouTube and was solely on Rumble. There was much speculation at the time that Rumble wouldn't be happy about the change of content and probably wouldn't renew his contract.
I speculated, and I still speculate, that they saw his trial stream numbers and thought they were getting a law channel.

I say we use this for the obverse:

And a balldo for reverse.

New meme template?

I mean, after months of streaming to tens of thousands of people about a celebrity court case in which he had a giant panel of lawyers on to talk about said court case, can you really blame them for that assumption?

Absolutely, I think they were more interested in his ability to bring those numbers with him than the type of content which drove them. Both Nick himself and Rumble wrongly assumed Nick, and not the content, was the drawcard.

No, but if the were stupid enough to not write the type of content into the contract then that's 100% on them.

If Nick wasn't a drug-addled dick-puppet, he could have a great harvest of content. The YSL RICO nonsense, P. Diddy's house of horrors, the guy who killed Jordan Neely. Nick fucking up the rumble contract is just absurd. Do your job, Nick!

I remember some comments from Nick to the effect that he viewed Rumble as a sort of lifetime employment where he could do anything he wanted and they would just pay him forever. He said, from his vast working experience, that all big corporations were like that. And that was part of the reason he went with Rumble.

I also remember at the end of 2023 when he was convinced he was still a big star and talking about how he was going to sit down with Rumble to renegotiate the terms of his deal. My impression is that they didn't even contact him about renewing.

After pulling a bait and switch scam like that he'll never get a real contract again. Nobody will give the swindler who sold a law channel and delivered a Balldo channel money up front.

He was also incredibly smug about it, the usual sign he's about to get a boot up his ass. In fact, that very situation is the origin of the "Sorry kiwifags" smug Dorito eating Balldo.

No, stalker child sandwich eater! I did not do coke on the Cokestream. Enjoy prison Jimmy John's.

(My guess here is he wants to argue he didn't snort the coke on camera, and therefore nobody saw him doing it because he did it during that long break when he went to "check on Kayla." Which is pretty weak sauce. He might not have done the coke on camera, but he was ON coke while on camera).

Not really, no.

Though I don't particularly feel bad for Rumble here, either. They strike me as a fly by night bullshit outfit.

They gave a contract to Mersh, FFS. Like, how bad should I feel for them?

"Sir, that uhh... Nick Rekeytah guy is on the phone again. The drunk one."

"Again!? That's ten times in 3 days. Fuck it. Tell him I'm busy. Upper management wanted me to green light a pity contract on the off chance he stops being such a creepy degenerate alcoholic and starts talking about law again, but there's no chance of that. Dude's a fucking nutcase."

"Sir, he hung up and is calling again."

"Fucking hell, he's probably blackout drunk. Tell him about our sponsorship module we opened to all our creators. Maybe he'll think that's the new contract or something. They don't pay me enough to put up with this bullshit."
