Cleveland was a neat President, even outside of the whole non-consecutive terms thing. He was the only Democrat President to be elected in the more than 50 years from 1860-1912, though Tilden got close.
Even though I don't agree with the Democrat partisan platform of his time (anti-Silver, anti-tariffs, anti-imperialism, etc.) I still have a lot of respect for Cleveland since he was generally both moderate and principled. He would veto fucking constantly (the only President to veto more than him was FDR, who had twice as many terms) because he had a hatred for Government overreach and would immediately veto anything that would grant the Government too much power or was written in such a way that there was a loophole to take advantage of.
I've also made it no secret in past posts that I have a vehement hatred for Presidents who supported slavery and Jim Crow, and while Cleveland supported the latter, I can't be too mad with him as there wasn't anything he could really do about it. On a personal level, he was progressive in his relationship with Blacks even for Republican standards of the time.

Oh, he also had a smoking hot wife who was less than half his age, which gets mentioned a lot in History books. Youngest First Lady ever, at only 21 years old, while he was 49. She was the daughter of his deceased friend, and Cleveland became the executor of his estate when she was only 11, though he had known her since she was an infant. The American Hikaru Genji.

Y'all got a recipe for those? I'm getting into making burgers and hot dogs and shit and wanna try some new recipes.

There's a few really good ones if you look em up. Big Mac is a basic burger, a teenage me made a million. The real secret to the big mac is the right amount of salt and pepper, and especially the sauce. Keep your patties thin and top with lots and lots of shitty iceberg lettuce, specifically processed American cheese, and as long as you don't fuck up the sauce, you've got America's Burger.

Here is the closest approximation we've tried off an online recipe, you can edit for amount or taste.

• 1/2 cup mayo
• 2 tbsp French dressing
• 1/2 tbsp sweet relish
• 2 tsp dill pickle relish
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp dried minced onion
• 1 tsp white vinegar
• 1 tsp ketchup
• 1/8 tsp salt
  
  Pert near pretty close.

There will be fuckery in Harris County, make no mistake about that. Rodney Ellis and his merry little band will do everything in their power to keep their hold on the Greater Houston area.

In 2022, for reasons that are totally coincidental, there weren't enough ballots in the conservative areas of the county. There was enough of a hubbub that I think the state is overseeing the local elections. Subbing out the state election watchers for federal watchers (controlled by the Democrats) seems like a bad idea.

That being said, the early voting numbers, according to Michael Berry, have been really good for our side. So it's possible Harris County might go red (even though Houston itself will stay blue).

Harris Co. won't have dropboxes though so I'm not sure how much fuckery there will be. I used to live in the late Sheila Jackson Lee's district, the replacement is the former mayor of the city, who probably will win it anyway, unless the shrinking black percentage of the district manages to throw it somehow.
