Jack seems to have trouble understanding any aspect of life considering how bad it is going for him. He's the YouTube chef who sucks at cooking because he refuses to learn the culinary fundamentals, a stroke victim who can't use his right arm because he couldn't follow basic rehab instructions and a prisoner in a failing body because he never adopted a healthy lifestyle.

I would be more shocked if Jack was capable of following the plot of a film.

Fatty doesn't resemble his brother he does a podcast with either except maybe the skin tone, and even the couple rare pictures of him that have been dug up from when he was younger(like his wedding) aren't any better. The one on the podcast seems to have a wife and kids, and as little as I've watched of the podcast hasn't done anything obviously gay like Fatty himself can't go 5 minutes without doing. No absurd takes like not wanting a male dog because he doesn't want to risk accidentally jacking it off. The gay one is openly gay, and I don't think the sister had any inclination to tell Fatty a thing about her personal life let alone random people on the internet since Fatty shoved a camera in her face.
