You're right he has kept this charade going longer than most. I do believe he is making a continuing attempt to learn, but as someone else in the thread pointed out he's probably doing one lesson a week and absolutely nothing in between to consolidate his learning, which is like going to the gym for an hour a week then complaining you don't look like Ronnie Coleman.

I wouldn't go that far, but I think most of the thread definitely wants Chibi's wish of moving to Japan to come true, just not for the same reasons he does.

A lot of places (very annoyingly) have multi-stage interviews now. I assume it helps to filter the proper retards before you waste time and resources on actual viable candidates, but it's a huge waste of time for applicants. The first stage is usually very basic stuff, so getting a second interview basically means Adam managed to not shit himself on the Zoom call.

Who is 'we' btw? Is Chibi a plural system now?

That's only because his entire life revolves around weebshit so there's always Japanese in plain sight, taunting him. Every time Chibi catches a glimpse of moon runes and feels the nagging yearning to achieve true mastery of the tongue of the samurai, he quietly whispers to himself, "yuku zo..." and then screams out "ORE ZETTAI ITSUKA NIHONGO DEKIRU ZEEEEEEEEEYY" like his favorite cartoon characters often do, and then proceeds to do nothing to improve his Japanese skills for another week, rinse and repeat.

Or, you know, you could do it every week so you wouldn't need to do a deep cleaning once a year.

It's amazing that if you pick up as you go, clean as you go, you don't have to devote hours to cleaning the gunk off your stove and act like it's an accomplishment.

Lookin waaay too much in to Chibi's speech here. Using "we" is just one of those fake positive ways of talking that people on the Internet like Chibi use. It's just a gay way to force some type of group positivity. You know, like when a twitch streamer reaches a 10k donation goal and says "WE did it" "LET'S go" etc etc.

There's also a rumor that one of the US Ambassadors to Japan will probably leave his post if trump won, I dunno if that's worth crying for but he is a leftist weeaboo so maybe.
