Imagine having the luxury of being "too busy" to work, especially on a day like this. He doesn't work, he doesn't clean, he doesn't look after his children, he has no obligations to anyone, Nick's idea of "too busy" is screwing April, drinking and doing drugs, hitting on young girls (and strippers) at nightclubs like a middle aged creep and generally wallowing in self pity between bouts of seething at the internet.

Within a month or so after April left, Aaron got right back in the saddle with a new girlfriend whom he said he already knew for years, which has gotten serious enough that he often refers to waking up with her at his house before the morning show. Because of all that's happened recently he was naturally reluctant to have her on the show or even so much as mention a first name, so regulars in his chat gave her the nickname "slampiece" and gradually he started using it too as a bit on the show, apparently with her approval. Later on, some random wine aunt on xitter chastised him for the nickname sounding rude to slampiece, and he reacted by abbreviating "SlamPiece" to "SP" most of the time since then. Melton's minions also purported to have doxxed her awhile back but I don't remember if their findings were confirmed so I won't repeat them here, and probably wouldn't even if they were confirmed.

Going off that background, whoever went to all the trouble of paying for a verified checkmark on that fake STMS account threw in the reference to SP with the intent to make April jealous of how Aaron replaced her with SP so quickly and happily, and to exacerbate the loneliness expressed in April's xeets, which is pretty dumb when she's obviously not lonely at all and this "breakup" with Nick is completely fictitious anyway.

Once all that'd done, then he could attempt a comeback and try to build back up some sort of audience again. As others have already stated, people love a good comeback story -- ESPECIALLY if the person making the comeback is humbled and appreciative of the second chance. Ah, but there's the key! Rackets would HAVE to have his "Come to Jesus" moment and REPENT for everything that he's done, and then he'd have to WANT to be a better person! Unfortunately, I don't see him doing that...

But wouldn't it be great if Nick could look at this thread and laugh along with us at the dumb shit he's done? But I guess he wouldn't be in the running for another LOTY if he could do anything like learn from his mistakes or laugh at himself...
