Nina's probably fine if the US immigration offence isn't considered. She's 25, which means that she can go to a lot of Western countries with no fuss under the working holiday visa programme. She obtained her degree in the US and she worked in the US. All of that is in her favour for sponsored working visas.

She'd have a path to residency in a lot of countries, and in turn be able to give Greta a path - but only if those countries aren't going to count the US immigration violation against her. That's where they may have truly fucked up their options well beyond Nina being able to stay in the US.
