Trump won the US elections, what should we expect with tranny surgeries now? More abroad surgeries and more severe butcherings?

This is from a year ago, but given that the transgender insanity hasn't died down since then and Americans are still overwhelmingly against it (especially as it pertains to children), I'm optimistic that at least some of these policies could be implemented... especially if Republicans take the House. This is all specific to childhood transition, so not sure how this would impact the porn-brained adults who "consent" to mutilate themselves, but it would at least be a step in the right direction.

-He will revoke Biden's "gender affirming care" policies for minors on Day 1.
-He will sign an executive order instructing every federal agency to cease all programs that promote sex and gender transition at any age.
-He will ask Congress to permanently stop federal taxpayer dollars from being used to promote or pay for these procedures, and pass legislation prohibiting child sexual mutilation in all 50 states.

i noticed a lot of the after photos on asians looked better (not natural) but better than the westerners.

The Thai surgeons are generally considered better because they have higher patient volume, and it makes sense an Asian FFS plastic surgeon would be very familiar with operating on Asians and be able to get better "feminine" facial results on Asian phenotype faces. They're different from Caucasian and European faces in many subtle ways... Asians have a more prominent flat plane across the face, the eyelids and eye orbitals are shaped and hang very distinctively. Cheekbones are different. Beard is less of a problem, they have more discrete beard zones and bare zones, and the body hair is easier to laser off cause of its dark coloration. Asian men are a bit less tall... '5 "10 or so is easier to pass off than '6 "2.

What I'm trying to say is that in the relative hierarchy of MtF transition, East Asian surgeons seem to do better work and East Asian genetics confer better outcomes for East Asian MtFs. Which is why there's the stereotype of troon Thai hookers that "fool" the foreign tourist looking for something kinky and novel to do in Bangkok.

this one in particular has stuck with me - i don't think he's had any other FFS surgeries, as far as i can tell, but he genuinely looks semi natural. aside from the clear scar on his neck right where his adam's apple used to be.

in comparison, a westerner having their surgery done by a western team in Spain. Facialteam specialise in FFS.

I gotta say this: I knew one trans woman for a few months, who during the time I knew him, had FFS. Look - I am not the best at noticing suitable physical differences, and it's not like I had a before picture right beside his face post-FFS... But I swear to god, I did not see a single difference. Again, I'm not the best at noticing this, but still. 8 hours surgery. Didn't see any difference.

At any rate his voice was the most clocking thing about him, imo. I managed to clock him before I even saw him, just based on his voice alone.

First post is about regretting phalloplasty. In summary:

• Reveals she was lied to by her country's transgender organisation about sensation after surgery.
• Has no sensation in her phallus.
• Reveals she didn't think that was an issue until she finished her surgeries.
• Admits she didn't have dysphoria over her natal genitals and liked sex before surgery.
• Admits she didn't do enough research
• Now wishes she has meta instead
• Thinks no one is going to be attracted to her phallus
• Is going to go to gender therapy

I might regret phallo, and not sure how to move forward.
I had MLD phalloplasty a year and a half ago. I definitely rushed into it, even though I wasn’t very severely dysphoric over my natal genitals. I liked my T-dick, and at first actually wanted to get meta.

I did actually schedule a meta surgery, but then changed it to phallo after some thinking. My country’s transgender organisation gave me false hope (“you’ll gain sensation as time goes on”, nope, not with MLD at all, “you’ll have UL to the tip after stage 2”, nope, you have UL 1/2 up unless you do many more surgeries for it, and even then it’s more on the bottom of the tip, not the actual tip itself), and I hadn’t researched enough here on Reddit. That is completely my fault.

I knew I was going to have no sensation, and that didn’t seem a problem to me at the time. Any penis felt better than my natal genitals… except that I was wrong.

So, I have zero sensation in my penis, pretty much. My urethra is halfway on the shaft. And all my scars on the penis healed very hypertrophic and are honestly very ugly.

I’m also very worried about people being attracted to it. I wouldn’t say I hate it, because I don’t, but I’m worried. Sex wasn’t an issue before I had bottom surgery, even with my natal genitals, as long as I had bottom growth. Now? Big problem. Which is funny, because people usually get bottom surgery exactly for that. But, while I’m not attracted to penises, I wouldn’t think anything of being with someone with the same genitals as me. I wouldn’t think of them as ugly or anything of the sort.

So, I wish I’d gotten meta. I should’ve gotten meta, but then I switched it to phallo without doing enough research because I thought that’s what I needed. But, I do get euphoric. I love having a bulge, actually having something there that isn’t the size of a thumb nail, standing to pee, saying that I have a penis, because it is a penis. I’m not sure if that outweighs my want for meta and the content I’d have with that. However, as I looked at the surgery outcomes on the surgeon’s site after stage 2 with glansplasty, they all look absolutely great, and I think I’d be happy with that. But we can’t determine how healing will go, which sucks so freaking much. You could have the most perfect penis after surgery, yet time can make your glans flatten, or your scars to thicken, as it both happened with me.

I will be going into therapy with my gender therapist soon over this. But I just needed to express my feelings somewhere now. Maybe I just need more time to accept it and get comfortable with my body, as it’s only been a year and a half since I had stage 1.

And second post a few hours later. I'm sure she had some DM's from other TiFs since they know us and the twitter terfs collect info on this subreddit.
Reveals here that her regrets only center around sexual issues but it does make her feel euphoric by doing the standard AAP stuff like peeing or showering.
Hasn't has sex yet but copes by thinking girls will be chill with her using a sleeve.

Update: I don’t think I regret phallo
I do feel very mixed emotions towards it, but I don’t think I truly regret it. A penis is a penis, even with scars, even if imperfect. Plus, getting medical tattooing in the far future will probably help tons. I haven’t even had any sexual partners since getting it, so I can’t even say anything negatively on that matter. I thought how I can’t penetrate since I don’t have an ED and currently don’t plan to get one, but I haven’t even tried, and I can always use a sleeve, which does make me excited. Many of my feelings of regret were sexual only. When I see my bulge I don’t regret it, when I shower or am naked I don’t regret it, when I pee I don’t regret it. I think it’s more in the body dysmorphia territory, and general genital insecurity, which is especially difficult as a post-op trans person, since our genitals technically aren’t binary.

Anyway, I’ll explore the feelings in gender therapy whenever possible, but I think I just need to get used to it and make peace with what I have. It’s been a difficult journey, and making peace with my body can be equally as difficult.
